The hotel doesn't have an indoor heated swimming pool, or even a deeper outdoor pool for swimming. Most of the pools are more like splash pads for children. 2. The 'robot delivery for in-room amenities' service is basically just for show. It's a nice idea, providing convenience for guests to scan a QR code and order daily necessities like water (4 complimentary bottles daily), slippers (2 complimentary pairs), etc. It seemed like a fantastic service, something I hadn't seen in a hotel before. But after you scan and place an order, it just says 'preparing' and stays that way until you check out. When you try to cancel, worrying the robot made a wasted trip, and call the customer service number provided, no one answers. 📞 I think the hotel's intention and creativity are good, but they should follow through. Or, as the front desk suggested, perhaps sometimes too many items are ordered for the robot to deliver.
