This was not a fun trip for us. My father's health was worsened during his tour to China and got him hospitalized at Dujiangyan People's Hospital. My sister and I had to go to Dujiangyan to take care of him. Most of the time we booked the hotel only to sleep and took a bath in turn as one of us need to accompanied him at the hospital. However, Crowne Plaza Dujiangyan had been great, all the staffs are very attentive and willing to help us. I would like to commend Mark Liu as he helped us a lot. From making sure the car went inside the lobby so my father did not need to walk far, adding extra breakfast for us to helped us print some documents for hospital's need. The room service lady was also very sweet to us.
The room we stayed was awesome, clean and spacious. However the room was a tad too warm for my liking. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Dujiangyan.

酒店環境非常不錯，房間裏面配套是按照洲際標準佈置的，不得不説酒店温泉太讚了，進門的那個湯池小朋友很多，裏面的小池子私隱性很好，簡直對社恐的我們太友好了👍

來都江堰旅行，入住了都江堰皇冠假日酒店，房間乾淨衞生，地理位置也很好，去南眼淚衹需要十幾分鍾就到了。這次入住的是高樓層，可以很清晰的看到外面的山景。衹是入住當天天氣不是很晴朗，看到的是朦朧的山景，也是另一種意境吧！

到酒店快8點了，周圍飯店要走路15分鐘，入住後就選擇2樓餐廳就餐，工作人員衹剩下收尾的，點餐的是領班，話語親切，但是感覺在敷衍。
客房總體感覺還不錯。

皇冠假日酒店一直是我最喜歡的酒店之一，房間設計一如既往的合理、實用。店內的環境、衞生都是標準化管理，出遊首選絕不踩雷。都江堰這家的餐食不錯，口味純正，早餐品種豐富多樣，基本無可挑剔。
