SL Potala Hotel

The hotel is located by the river, and the rooms are comfortable and quiet, with a strong Tibetan-style decor. Breakfast is just okay. There's a large ground-level parking lot available. There's a big supermarket right next to the hotel, and plenty of good food options across the river.

Great environment, spotless hygiene, and attentive service. It's excellent value for money. I'll definitely prioritize this place for my next trip!

The front desk service was excellent, and the room was incredibly comfortable, especially the bedding. We even had a view of the river from our room. The Tibetan-style design was very appealing and unique. Plus, there was a free ******* clothing experience for photos. The service was the real highlight; the front desk manager even escorted us to our car with an umbrella when it started raining! Highly recommend this hotel as the top choice in Dujiangyan.👍

Second time staying at this hotel, and the front desk recognized me immediately, saying 'thank you for choosing us again' which was a very warm welcome. The room is spacious with complete facilities, and the breakfast setup is cozy with great taste and service.

A very unique hotel with a great surrounding environment and nice views. The staff are very welcoming. Especially the laundry service, they even provided a bunch of hangers, which was very thoughtful.

This hotel is absolutely wonderful! Its ******* style is very distinct, from the decor and room furnishings to the hallways and even the fonts – every detail is well thought out. They provide separate non-slip mats and an emergency call button next to the toilet, which is great for kids and seniors. The shower also has a pull-out line for drying clothes. I didn't want a corner room, but the front desk staff, Xiao Tian, explained that my booked room type is always at the ends of the hall. She then kindly upgraded my room for free and even escorted us to the elevator. When we checked out, she gave us two handmade braided ropes – I forgot what they're called, but she said they symbolize peace and good health, which I loved, haha. I rarely write such long reviews, so this truly shows how much I enjoyed this hotel and appreciated the front desk staff. Even the night shift staff would greet us warmly when we returned, creating a very cozy atmosphere.

The room was clean and tidy. The restaurant is located next to the lobby on the first floor. The lobby also offers afternoon tea and ******* meals. In the summer, the outdoor seating area is cool and pleasant. There's also a dedicated laundry room, which is a thoughtful touch. The service attitude was excellent! Highly recommended.

So many pleasant surprises! The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way, definitely a great value experience. The breakfast was incredibly rich and the yak beef noodles were absolutely amazing.
