Song Hotel Chengdu Qingcheng

I used a voucher I had bought earlier and booked a weekend stay at Songpin Hotel before my child started school. It was my first time here, and overall I was very satisfied! The hotel has excellent greenery and great privacy. The staff were enthusiastic and proactive, and the hotel photoshoot service I booked separately also exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended! 😬👍

The room was a duplex villa. The ground floor had a living room, a mahjong table, a private hot spring in the courtyard, and a separate bathroom. The second floor had a bedroom, a separate bathroom, a bathtub, and a terrace. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. What was particularly delightful was the breakfast; all the buns, wontons, pastries, fried dough sticks, soy milk, etc., were handmade and tasted excellent. They mostly avoid pre-made dishes, surpassing the dining experience at many five-star hotels. I'll definitely try their restaurant for dinner if I get the chance next time. The hotel environment is also very pleasant, with a beautiful Chinese-style lobby. The restaurant overlooks the lake and offers a distant view of Mount Qingcheng, making for a delightful scenery.

Had a fantastic experience, Xiao Wu assisted me throughout my stay, from check-in to check-out. She replied instantly on WeChat, even at midnight when I couldn't figure out the AC controls – she was incredibly patient! I hope she's my host again next time!

The Western restaurant has a great ambiance and excellent service. They even gave me vegetables to feed the swans.

The hotel's amenities are luxurious, and the service is exceptional. Jess and Xiaowang were incredibly enthusiastic and accommodating, fulfilling every request. They provided attentive arrangements and assistance throughout our two-day family trip!

Great location, excellent environment, and top-notch service... especially Liz, the housekeeper, who was very thoughtful.

The butler, Kikio, was very attentive and well-organized. I'll definitely come back again.

The villa is very spacious, and there's a sofa bed downstairs that can be opened up. There's also a plunge pool in the courtyard, though I don't think it's hot spring water. It's right across from Sunac (Rongchuang), and in the evenings, the roadside is bustling with small food stalls. A bit further down, there's also a very long food street.
