服務：衹能説一般，遇到問題應該解決問題，而不是推卸責任。環境：本來挺好的感覺，但是因為一些問題導致一系列的感受很不好。衞生：衞生還行。設施：這個重點講一下，本來很高興和姐妹來玩，想着這個酒店離各個地方比較近，而且以前住過一次覺得停車也方便，才選擇的，進門第一時間有人問我們是不是住店，我們説是，本來停車想停地面，被告知有大巴車要停，衹能停地下停車場，我們還問了能不能協調一下，然後告知不能，我們衹能停地下停車場，但是入口真的太不好開了，對於大一點的車太容易刮蹭到了，也沒個提醒標誌，也沒有工作人員提醒一下，我們女生承認技術不如男生。但是確實真的讓人很不舒服。後面晚上又給路面協調一個車位出來，那我們這個被刮蹭了算什麼？告知前台工作人員，告訴我們的是，給我們引導的不是他們的工作人員，我們當時應該找他們前台協調。這個回答確實讓人更不舒服了。本來開開心心的來玩，遇到這檔子事真的讓人太掃興了。大家選擇的時候停車多注意吧。兩邊牆面的掛痕和她們牆面的包邊都説明這不是第一次出現這個問題。那麼就應該比如做一個提醒標誌呢？或者需要停到地下去的時候工作人員提醒一下或者指引一下呢。僅代表個人觀點。技術好的人可不用參考。

房間夠寬敞，有免費停車位，有洗衣房，但沒有洗衣液，房間夠大，但細節衞生處理的不是很好，房間窗户看不到外邊，衹有一個很小的縫隙，這點住着太不舒服了。

優點：酒店位置很好，挨着南橋和灌縣，距離堆公園站也不遠，大堂和服務都很正規，電梯要刷卡才能上，空調很足。缺點：舊是真的舊，房間走廊的味道也不好聞，床墊很軟，有腰椎間盤突出的朋友們要注意了，最最重要的是很吵，隔音很差很差，別人房間説話都聽得到，而且我們晚上關了空調關了窗還有空調外機那種轟轟轟的聲音，絕對不會再選擇了。

房間體驗感不太好，感覺高評分都是刷出來的。兩點，第一，房間衞生一般，第二，也是最惱火的一點，我問前台要礦泉水，本來我平時住店最多也是要兩瓶，然後今天比較渴，就想着要三瓶，結果前台感覺很不爽的説一個房間最多要三瓶水，瞬間體驗感極差。你可以在我要第四瓶水的時候再提醒我，我再多問你要了嗎，你這樣提醒我？而且你家這麼貴的價格，就這態度和服務？如果每個房間最多要三瓶水，請預訂時候或者房間介紹時候就告知或者有説明，我肯定不會來。希望有所改進，但是我不會再來了。
