Absolutely loved this hidden gem in the mountains! The environment is incredible, the air is so fresh, it's a perfect escape from the city hustle and bustle. The room was clean and comfortable, with a cozy wooden aesthetic. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a direct view of the mountains, and waking up to birdsong in the morning was incredibly therapeutic! The private hot spring bath was super atmospheric, surrounded by bamboo, soaking and watching the mountains was so relaxing. The attention to detail was exceptional, and the service was warm and attentive. The breakfast was rich and delicious, with fresh ingredients. It's pet-friendly too, which made bringing my furry friend super convenient. The courtyard and boardwalks are perfect for taking stunning photos!

Two days at Shanye Shanju is exactly what I needed! From head to toe, I feel completely relaxed. This isn't just a guesthouse; it feels more like a long-lost friend's retreat, organically grown from the valley itself. There's no excessive embellishment, just a natural and harmonious construction. The treehouse, built into the mountainside, offers a 180-degree view of swaying bamboo. The sounds of birds chirping, sleeping among the clouds, and the evening rain falling... soaking in the private hot spring in the room, listening to the rain, watching the leaves fall, and sipping red wine – all my worldly worries just drifted away with the wind. 🦮 Here, my dog was absolutely thrilled! The service was excellent, with a dedicated butler. It's a stand-alone villa nestled in a bamboo forest. Very quiet and therapeutic. It's also very close to the ancient towns nearby. The driving conditions were great. Overall, it was wonderful!

I have to give this place a 100% — it was incredibly photogenic, sisters! Not only was the ambiance great, and you could even enjoy a hot spring bath, but the breakfast in the cafeteria was especially delicious, particularly the noodles. I didn't even eat noodles this good in Chengdu, and they were more expensive there too. These were much tastier!
