We had a wonderful time staying at Mount Qingcheng Grand Hotel as a family. The service was outstanding and the staff were really lovely especially with our 6 and 1 year old kids. Our apartment was nicely decorated and really comfortable. The breakfast was the highlight each day, very good selection and quality. They had a lot of activities planned for the kids and our kids enjoed their time there. The Location is also perfect to to trips to the nearby Panda research base and Mount Qingcheng We definetly going to come again.

The hotel has a good environment. The location is convenient and clean. It's in the city center. It's very convenient for eating, drinking and entertainment. The lady at the front desk, Wang Mengjiao, is very good, warm, thoughtful and caring. She took the initiative to help us upgrade the room. The children also like to see the river view and the mountain view. The hotel is very pleasing to the eye. There are complimentary milk and cornstarch in the evening. The minibar in the room is also free. There are many varieties and rich fruit snacks. The hotel has a swimming pool and gym on the fourth floor, which are free for in-house guests. The breakfast is very good and rich. Children who like Chinese and Western self-service also like this hotel next time they come here. It’s a great stay experience and I recommend it to everyone. It is very suitable for traveling with children and a lot of luggage: the hotel is right next to Lidui Park Station. You can walk to the gate tower of Guanxian Ancient City in 10 minutes without worrying about your luggage. There is Lawson/FamilyMart downstairs, which is very convenient for replenishing snacks. The room hygiene is well maintained. Filling your stomach with fruit is definitely a good way to replenish energy. The accompanying drinks are very rich/cola, milk, yogurt, iced black tea, and two warm babies are also given. Thumbs up for your considerate service. The hotel rooms on the side near Yangtianwo have a good view. There is actually a hot spring on the first floor. Although the water quality is average, it is still a good choice to take a bath after a tiring day of walking. There are quite a lot of Chinese choices for breakfast, but the Western bread is a bit lacking/but it is also in line with expectations at this price. Surprisingly, there is freshly ground coffee/although the beans are average, but at least it is freshly ground. Thumbs up.

The hotel arrived at noon, but the check-in time has not yet arrived. The front desk carefully arranged early check-in and upgraded it to an elegant room. The room is large and has a terrace. The view is very good. From a distance, it is a green and eye-catching hotel. The overall environment is very good, the hot spring is much less crowded than expected, I thought it would be like making dumplings, but I don’t have to worry about it! Stayed 4 night at this hotel on Qing Cheng mountains. 5/5 Concierge was extremely helpful with tendering luggages which was very much needed as some rooms are located on second floor ( no elevator). An assistant was assigned to the room and she (Vicky) could be reached almost 24/7 through texting. I had a small accident in the room first night of my stay and she quickly helped with arranging a different room that was more suited to my needs. She also provided me with first aid etc plus always answer my questions promptly ＜3 Note: breakfast was until 11:30am Has one laundry + dryer machine for hotel guest( free of charge) detergent included Daily replenish water (3 bottles), fruit plate, tea, coffee sachet in the room Hotel rooms, restaurants, hot spring are not in the same structure, requires a short walk outdoor which is very common among hotels on qing cheng mount. Highly recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. Has all the local favorite dishes plus good oil was used. Reasonably priced. They offer free shuttle to train station Hanfu experience was a room with about 50 pieces of hanfu to choose from. For female about 20 -30 pieces, for male about 5 pieces, for kids about 5 pieces.

Sofia truly understand what good service is about, she always often appears when we need help, like when we were getting late for our taxi, she shows up with a golf cart pick us up, like help us move all our luggages while we were outside enjoy the nature walk in Qingcheng Mountain; and delight us with thoughtful surprises, like make a delicious cheese cake appears in our room, with all fruits my wife like and exact salty level I love for a cheese cake. They say good servers are invisible, then great server leave a sparkle impression in our memory. I’ve never had a butler before, in fact, both me and my wife are very autonomous person, we were both a bit uncomfortable about the idea having a stranger take care things for us, however Sofia’s butler service is a great introduction to both of us, and we enjoyed the experience, and we’ve learned how to make the best of a short period of vacation time by delegating tasks to our service provider. Thank you Sofia.
