Don't know where to start. It is an amazing place and the perfect choice of you want to relax, rejuvenate and feel completely happy. The rooms are big and super comfy. Cleaning is perfect. You get everything you need and fruit, snacks and drinks for free Each room gets complimentary tea by choice which is served in the room. Balcony is big and onsen is super nice and clean The staff go beyond expectations. They are very helpful and very friendly Helped with the luggage, showed around I attended evening sound meditation and it was sirene. The lady host is wonderful. It was the best sound healing I ever had, better then in Dubai and better then in India. I also booked massage and the specialist is TOP. Very professional. My son is entertained with lots of activities while I have a time for myself. The place is so beautiful that I feel relaxed just by observing it. It shows that it was build with great love

Excellent service and the room is very clean and minimal style. I really love to stay here and highly recommended to visit here. Very close to Panda Selfie and near Lidui park train station back to Chengdu. Also, staff very friendly and help me for direction , pick me up from downstair too. 💖👍🏻

Clean hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Location is very strategic. Near and walking distance to and from Lidui Park station and giant pandas selfie statue. This hotel is located on 2nd floor of the building. It took us a while to find it. Tips: infront of Luckin Coffee. There is stairs on the side of the building.

It truly felt like being back home. The host was very friendly and welcoming, making guests feel comfortable from the moment of arrival. A simple yet satisfying breakfast was provided, including porridge, soy milk, pau, corn, potatoes, and other vegetable dishes. The heating was excellent, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly through the night. The place looked exactly like the photos, and soaking my feet before bed made the stay even more relaxing.

It was an excellent stay! The room is spacious with a huge tub for soaking. Breakfast was delicious, they delivered to the room in the morning. Everyone was so helpful and friendly!

We spent 2 days mid-March in this hotel, mostly because we wanted to be in the middle of nature and have a great view from our room (it is, indeed). The manager, alongside with the gentle lady working at the restaurant upstairs, were very kind. Downsides are the relatively thin wall and I must say, the size of the room. Maybe we didn't pick the best one either! In conclusion, we had a good time there.

Very nice ambient and good service. Perfect for a good away from city relax trip. Must try the hot tea culture soaking bath and cinematic room looking over the tea garden.

We had a pleasent stay in this hotel. Nice bed and view from our room. The gave us complimentary tea drinks and hot bath. We love it so much. Location very near to Selpie panda and blue tears river walkable only.Very recomended and definately we will come back and stay here again next time.
