"This hotel offers an amazing experience! The facilities are complete and new, the room is clean and tidy, the bedding is comfortable, and the bathroom equipment works great. The staff are warm and attentive, check-in is efficient, and any requests are responded to promptly. Their attention to detail is excellent. The overall environment is quiet and comfortable, making for a really pleasant stay. The gym, laundry room, and other facilities are all well-equipped. I would definitely choose to stay here again next time. Highly recommended! 👏👏👏"

"We were too tired to travel any further in the early morning, so we chose a hotel in a small county town. Surprisingly, the receptionist was incredibly friendly and patient. She was very professional despite being new to the job and answered all our questions patiently. She even upgraded my room. The room wasn't very soundproof, and a child running around next door was disturbing our sleep. Cleanliness really needs improvement. Upon entering the room, we found cigarette butts in the bathroom and hair everywhere in the shower. The breakfast service was a bit confusing. The lady said the rule was one steamed bun and one egg, but I don't eat steamed buns and wanted two eggs. She said it wasn't possible, citing company policy and that it was difficult for her. I hope management can be more humane and avoid such unreasonable rules for breakfast. A more flexible approach would be better. Overall, the experience was acceptable, and the price was reasonable."

"It's listed as four stars, but actually has three stars at most! The breakfast is at the level of a county guesthouse. There was an older, fatter lady at the front desk who kept rolling her eyes while talking! Very arrogant! I went to the front desk to ask about the room rate, and it was one minute over 560 and the next 689. I said I would book online. Less than a second after I placed the order, before Ctrip’s order information came, the waiter had already started to check me in. Then the lady said slowly that the room was on the ninth floor. I suggested we move to a lower floor, as the altitude is already high and there is no oxygen in the room. She said that it couldn't be changed because the luxury rooms were all on the ninth floor. I said I would check out and rebook. She said that we couldn’t refund it because we had already checked in."

But this hotel had no water, no water… I couldn't wash up, and going to the toilet was difficult… Although they brought me some water… really… I hope I was just unlucky, and everything else was pretty good."

"My experience at the Dulan Jinxiang Hotel was absolutely terrible, and I have to give it a bad review. The most unbearable thing was the bathroom; it was extremely unclean. The countertops were greasy, the floor had water stains and unidentified grime, and even the toilet rim was dirty. It was completely unappealing, as if it hadn't been thoroughly cleaned in ages. The room was even more unbearably hot and stuffy. Despite the temperature not being low, there was neither air conditioning nor a fan. Lying in bed at night felt like being in a sauna; I tossed and turned and couldn't sleep at all. I could only manage a little ventilation by leaving the door slightly ajar, but even that made me worry about safety. The breakfast was absurdly bad. The selection was pitifully small. The few simple pickled vegetables looked unappetizing, the steamed buns were dry and hard, and the porridge was watery. It was completely perfunctory, failing to even guarantee basic cleanliness and hygiene. Such accommodations are simply not worth the price, and I sincerely do not recommend it to anyone."
