Great location and good value. Pretty quiet, but a lot of smoking for a non-smoking motel.

We stay here regularly because the neighbourhood is nice if you like a little bit of nightlife and the hotel is clean and close to things that we would like to go to

A lot of work is needed here. You can tell this hotel is the bottom of the Wndyham chain. Bedding all needs replacing; mattress, pillows and blankets. Lots of parking, new fridge with freezer in room.

The room was big and kind of updated but the sheets was dirty, mold on the tub and the room smells cigarette.

The main hallway was super stinky - like a moldy/ mildew kind of smell. Thankfully, our room did not stink. Hotel would use some updates and paint. Mattress was really bad - like feel the springs bad. It was nice to have a refrigerator in our room.
