So satisfied. The living room of the room is oversized, and the balcony is oversized. You can buy vegetables nearby and cook by yourself in the kitchen. Perfect. The hotel pool is also good.

I love this hotel. i have stayed here now many many times, and i have NEVER had a bad experience, so i thought i would finally write a DESERVED GOOD review. The Hotel is placed right at the heart of Dumaguete, everything you would want is with a few mins of the hotel, the hotel also provides trips to some of the popular tourist attractions. The rooms are always clean and fresh with daily room service, but in my opinion the only thing that lets the rooms down are the showers which sadly could do with more maintenance as often they are faulty in some way and poorly kept looking, but they still provide good supply of hot water. I have stayed in all of the rooms they offer, from their suite to the standard rooms, and all show the same levels of cleanliness and the rooms always feel welcoming. Free breakfast is provided and the restaurant is good and the food well cooked and presented , the hotel provides a full range of pampering service if you require some self indulgence. The staff are ALWAYS friendly polite professional and on hand for any reason and will always make you feel important and a valued guest. I have in all my stays at this Hotel had only ever had one problem which was dealt with professionally, immediately and satisfactorily,. This hotel is ALWAYS my first choice when i visit Dumaguete, and will continue to be so They have plenty of rooms and even as a walk in, i have never been turned away from being fully booked, Its always a pleasure staying here.... Frontdesk super friendly and accommodating with all the details provided Room cleaners are very good and friendly Security are very helpfull all the times with smile and greetings... The hotel is located in Dain, suitable for diving, the hotel beach can be directly launched; if you want to out of the city is not very convenient, go out to the city tutu to 300P, with the driver bargaining 500P back and forth. Hotel dining is not bad, it will be more expensive than the city, but no need to toss. The suite is large and clean. recommend.

Staff was very friendly and genuine. Breakfast was also really great with 3 options (continental, American and Filipino). There was also possible to adjust a bit like stronger coffee, less baked bacon or 1 egg only. Furniture and decoration is also very beautiful. I also really appreciated the cleaning staff to put of their shoes/slipper when entering the room for cleaning. If I can make a few improvements it is. Bed cover was only 1 sheet. A blanket or a more thick bed cover would be nice. More variety in fridge like cola, diet coke or sprite More punctual in coffee sachets refills and towels (if one is on the ground placed for replacement. But overall it was good value for money Staff always smiled and was friendly. Location is also great. Close to boulevard and 50’meter swimming pool is only 20’minutes walking distance. Don’t forget to give the small local restaurants a try. I really enjoyed the Dumaguete experience also because of you 🙏

Gee! This is one of those places that are reviewed at FIVE STAR and you go to find out… they really deserve it! I LOVE this place! The front desk staff REALLY set the mood for any stay, and these ladies REALLY warm your hearts with genuine smiles, humorous wit, complete professionalism, and charming & welcoming personalities! A1, 100% could not be any better. First class. The best! The names I most recall are Ariane & Jora, as they truly practice excellence in this sometimes difficult profession. The rooms are soooooooo clean! So to all the unnamed people who do this job, THANK YOU! They have a breakfast served almost all day, plus a lite menu. Delicious, affordable, and prompt. As they say this province, it’s LAAMI KAAYO! Great fresh smoothies too! The owner is a pure Filipino corporation, so no weird overseas influences. I like that. Plus the have a meeting/banquet facility, beautiful swimming pool although I didn’t try it out, great lobby, and I think 28 overall rooms. The only thing I hope…. Is after all these well-deserved 5-STAR ratings, please don’t raise prices! I will come here again and again and again. Truly love this place! Home away from home.

For a 5 star hotel, it doesn’t seem like it is and definitely not worth the price. -Poor amenities (Example, they offer a small thin bar of soap as a body wash. Why wouldn’t they offer liquid body wash? Also, some towels were overused) -They clean the rooms/bathrooms and change your towels after 3 days instead of everyday. There’s no pandemic anymore so why not clean the rooms everyday?! -Good food, but not enough choices for breakfast (Why wouldn’t pancakes be included in the options?Also, the coffee doesn’t taste good - strong and burnt tasting) -Nice staff, but they need more training: ＞Food Service is slow and inefficient. During breakfast and lunch, our food were served after hours of waiting. Some of our orders came incorrectly (not what we ordered). ＞Disorganize and lack in system. ＞They lack in staff both at the front desk and Sans rival Cafe. -They will charge you if you don’t return all your keycards. If this was a true 5 star hotel, you wouldn’t charge your guests for something cheap and disposable. Overall, our stay was ok (big rooms and nice pool), but lacking in amenities and training of staff. There are more cons than pros. Whoever owns this hotel seems like they are saving too much on costs. Never going to stay in any of the Henry Hotels in the Philippines.

Because I want to go to Daoyin to dive, I didn't choose to live in the Duma city. I lived in Daoyin Beach. It was very close to the snorkeling/diving place. I didn't choose the deluxe version. The main thing to go out for tourism is a price-performance ratio. The first time I went to Duma, it was an unexpected joy! I am very happy to meet Brother Tao and Nana, so I am happy to share the experience of staying with you. Facilities: The resort has just been renovated, clean and refreshing, and I chose a room by the sea. It feels wonderful to open my eyes to the sea. Hygiene: I personally care more about the bathroom environment, which can be said to be very moving. I also saw a few around before, and this price range can be regarded as the best. Environment: Although the sparrow is small and complete, there is a swimming pool, lounge area, (focus) and a natural sulfur hot spring! It is really friendly to the friends who want to soak after diving. Outside the yard is the seaside, swinging, in a daze, you can also tease dogs and cats, let's say, what kind of bicycles do you want. . . Service: I said before that I was out, and they were all Chinese pit Chinese, but I was very lucky to meet Tao Ge and Nana. There is no language barrier, and there is no problem with English. good, very good, excellent! The best hotel on Dumaguete. First of all, the hotel has a shuttle bus to wherever you go. When a group of friends come to play, it is like a nanny car. It is very worry-free. It can be seated by many people. Seeing the previous comment that the hotel is far away. Personally love this place. About 20 minutes away from the city, it is very quiet and suitable for vacation. After all, there is really nothing to see in the city. Then the hotel's breakfast is very rich. I haven't eaten it all after staying for a few days. delicious! In the end I came to learn to dive, the hotel will have this service. The coach who took me was Layla. Laughing Chinese Girl! Rich teaching experience, and one-on-one teaching is very detailed, it is really much stronger than the one-on-six outside. I originally wanted to confuse the diving card, but there was no chance! Some projects I was afraid of accompanied me slowly to overcome! When going out to dive, I encountered some situations that I was afraid of when I was studying. Fortunately, we have overcome them, otherwise we will get a certificate, and when it really hits the water, we will bring it to the dog.
