The place is good, very relaxing, and an excellent environment with friendly staff. The only thing that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. Some areas have no signal.

I have stayed here several times before, and I will continue to do so. Great big rooms ,clean, great breakfast, great staff ,great location.

Older Style hotel-spacious rooms-clean and well maintained. Staff always cheerful and happy to assist. Will return here as it is so convenient to town

The ferry from Siquijor was cancelled, so I could not check in for my night. Yet, when I arrived in Dumaguete early in the morning, the hotel had kept my room and still offered me to check in even just for a few hours, which was perfect for a morning shower and rest, before breakfast. I really appreciated!

The window type air conditioner was in a corner blowing towards the bathroom door, therefore the room did Not get cooled. Could not sleep well. The bathroom tiles have not been cleaned in a long time.

A very dated hotel but well situated for the port and airport. They wanted to charge me for fresh milk to make tea in my room! Nit very customer friendly

I only stayed here one night flying in late and catching a ferry the next morning. The hotel is in a great spot to take a walk along the water that night, and then super easy to walk to the ferry terminal the next morning. Very nice hotel and a huge room. Staff was awesome, too. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in Dumaguete.

Above all was happy with pleasent staff and good breakfast,
Only thing was no hot water for shower only cold,and slight mould in shower ,
