Sierra Hotel

5/5 Frontdesk staff was friendly and approachable. Room is pretty big than I expected. Comfortable bathroom and very clean.

Location, amenities, and cleanliness were all very good. We’ve visited here at least four times since 2022. One negative aspect was the attitude of the receptionists—they were unfriendly and arrogant, especially compared to the hotel cleaners and handyman, who were friendly and greeted us with warm smiles. We requested a takeaway breakfast as we were leaving very early the next morning, but it wasn't ready the following day. There was a communication issue between the kitchen staff and the receptionist, as the request wasn’t conveyed or passed on. This was a minor request, but they couldn’t even sort it out. Really appalling!

It's a good hotel for business or if you need somewhere between places to stay. Clean, comfortable and of course the service is top tier. Swimming pool is small, needs a clean, the food is bollocks and they don't do touristy ****. It's a city hotel.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay, and I want to highly commend your kitchen staff—the breakfast was amazing and easily the highlight of my time there. However, I noticed a few areas in the guest rooms that could use improvement. The room itself felt quite dated and old, and the lighting was too dim, making it difficult to work or read comfortably. Additionally, I was surprised to find that the room lacked standard amenities, specifically a refrigerator, a telephone, and a hairdryer. I love the hospitality and the excellent breakfast your hotel provides, but updating the room decor and adding these basic amenities would greatly improve the guest experience. The saying you get what you pay for rings true with this hotel. The room was clean but lacked natural light. What’s more the hotel ran out of butter. Sad but true 😔

I was upgraded and the additional bed fees was waived.

It's is beyond of what I have expected.
