Dundee Hotels with Breakfast

Great find in Dundee. Amazing location - right above the train station and opposite the V&A. Bit of noise of boy racers at night, but not for long. The room was big with everything you could need. Breakfast was the cheapest I've ever seen in a hotel and the restaurant was really nicely done. Hubby had a meal and thoroughly enjoyed it. No parking at hotel, but a multi storey 5 minutes walk away that was very reasonable with the 25% discount you get through the hotel (£13 for 2 nights).

Another pleasant stay in the Landmark, the only downside is the spa changing rooms they could do with a little refreshment. The hotel could be warmer in the public area’s but that is my opinion.

Had a great stay in Dundee- Hotel was a short walk away from the town centre. Staff were lovely and very helpful, and room was large and spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were very nice, too- we were able to order hot food from the menu, and enjoyed an all you can eat continental buffet. Overall, I would recommend this hotel for a stay in Dundee.

From the minute I drove in the car park, the design and style was out of this world. Every single member of the staff had a genuine presence, from something as simple as a smile! Room was very stylish, possibly a little dark but I had no issues sleeping which is a bonus. Dinner in the restaurant was great, a local beer went down a treat. Food was very well presented and freshly cooked. Couldn't fault a thing, will bring my wife for a trip sometime and stay for longer.

I stayed here for 3 nights with my teenage daughter. The hotel was immaculate and the staff were pleasant and polite. The room was a fairly standard hotel room but not quite as luxurious as other Hiltons I’ve stayed in. I was surprised at the meagre tea and coffee supplies in the room. 2 teabags, 2 sachets of regular coffee and 2 decaf coffee. This was with just 4 pots of milk. This was for 2 people which would have been fine if we both drank tea and coffee. We only drink tea so just one cup in the evening. I did ask reception the morning after our arrival if we could have a couple of extra teabags and was told that would be arranged. Unfortunately it wasn’t! Not the end of the world but a very different experience to any other hotel in this price range. Breakfast was good and we particularly liked the waffle iron. Although it was busy, did was replenished quickly and was well cooked and hot. All in all a great stay but I’m not convinced it was good value for money.

Well located close to the main attractions of the city, the hotel is nicely decorated and has a good ambiance. We stayed in a suite on the second floor right at the front/corner of the hotel looking to the train station and Discovery. The suite was very spacious and tastefully decorated with a separate seating area with TV, very large bathroom with double sinks and showers and a freestanding bathtub. The bedroom has a very comfy large bed and a sofa and wardrobe with mini bar etc. It was really nice but with a few things that took off the sheen - such as very creaky floorboards , a standing lamp and ceiling down light that was broken in the bedroom, and three which were broken in the sitting area (the entire ceiling lighting). It was a bit noisy facing onto the main road too but quieter overnight. The restaurant was lovely with delicious food and the bar was good too. All in all for the price paid it was great but staff (who are very friendly) should definitely make sure all lights are working in the rooms. They should nail down those creaky floorboards too!

Super easy to find with paid parking right around the corner and a link bridge to the property. Nice tidy clean rooms with great showers and hairdryers. Delicious full breakfast included in the rate.

The hotel is located in a quiet area with lovely views across the river from the dining room. The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient. Our room was spacious with a good bathroom. We thought it might have been noisy as there were two weddings going on but we were not disturbed at all. Being able to charge our electric car for free (using tokens from Reception) was a welcome bonus.

Booked this hotel through “my hotel breaks.com” on a B&B basis. When we arrived the reception staff were very helpful at check-in and we had free parking for 24 hours. Room was big bright with en-suite and plenty of storage. There are enough portals for mobile phones and lights for reading. The bed was very comfortable and we both had a good nights sleep. We were able to have a coffee with biscuits first thing before going down stairs for breakfast. The breakfast room is light and airy and the breakfast food was lovely, staff were so helpful and attentive in the breakfast room and we both had plenty to eat before setting off for a day in Dundee and Broughty ferry.
