This is the REALLY BAD experience hotel we stay in DUNEDIN！We're couple + 76's father to choose 3ppl room, when we checked in and saw the SINGLE BED just a thin matress（like the picture）, and we call to customer service about the mattress issue, we get the answer from the customer service is "we don't have any single room tonight as already fully book, and we don't have any good single bed to change, its becoz you book the cheap hotel, and our hotel is cheap, then what you get the cheap experience, you can leaves the bad rating or review, we don't care”, what the customer service attitude!!!! If the hotel can't fit 3ppl to stay in the room, Why should let customer to choose 3pax room？
End up we sleeping on the floor without any matteress during winter time！
绝对不推荐入住这个酒店！ 3人入住的酒店，却给一张单薄的床褥让76岁老人家睡吗？如果酒店没有额外的单人床，为何还要显示能够3人入住？这不是坑人吗？大冬天的，房间的暖气也不够温暖，我们还要和别的房间借被子，铺在地上睡觉，打电话给客服，给的答案也是很无脑，“我们无法给你一间单人间，因为今天晚上的房间都订满了，因为你订的酒店是最便宜的，然而我们的酒店就是这么便宜，当然你得到这么差劲的体验，我们也不介意你给我们差评”，最后只能让老人家睡床，年轻人打地铺，住了那么多酒店，从来没有一间酒店这么差劲👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
