Great location! Our room had a balcony with a fantastic view. It's within walking distance of Octagon Square and the train station. The hotel also offers parking, and the breakfast was good. Definitely recommend!

The hotel is located at the central of city. Service is perfect, reasonable price with breakfast included. Facilities are old but still good in function.

The hotel is very old and evrything is ok. But the location is excellent, just at the Octagon, very close to the St Pauls Cathedral. You can walk to The First Church, The Otago Museum, The Otago University and The Dunedin Railway Station. The Baldwin Street is 15 minutes drive from the hotel. Highly recommended if you plan to do some city walk.

Nice hotel. Spacious room, clean toilet. Breakfast was not that high quality, but I can't complain of it considering the reasonable price. Recommendable place!

Room was Awesome clean and tidy except for the noisy neighbour's and the Drain Pipe had a can at the bottom of it and dripped all night and kept us awake and some of the staffs uniforms needed a good press was just first impression

The hotel was ok, and clean. It was located in the central of Dunedin so very easy access to attractions among the city.

Getting very tired. The WiFi is very poor, almost unusable. Disappointed with the extra $15 to park the car for the night. Doesn't make this hotel as price competitive as it first appears.

Hotel location is right in the heart of Dunedin. The view from the hotel room is very beautiful. Room size is big!

We did not know the hotel has no air con - it was very hot during the day. The hotel wifi needs a major upgrade.
