Nicole’s customer service is top notch. She went to bat for us when we had a reservation glitch - it all worked out in the end. Clean and comfy hotel.

Nice & clean room, good location

I booked the hotel early and asked for the first floor, but it was not available. I was disappointed.

The location is close to the main street and you can walk to the main attractions, but the city has ups and downs and it can be a bit tiring to walk. The one-bedroom apartment has a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient with a full set of kitchen utensils and tableware. The University of Otago is very beautiful. If you are interested, you can visit the School of Art. It is so beautiful!

There is a microwave and refrigerator. It is very convenient to cook something by yourself after going to the supermarket to buy something. The hot water is also very good, and it is very comfortable to take a shower after a day of playing. The parking space is one for each guest, and there is a charge for additional vehicles. When I left earlier, they hadn't gone to work yet, so I just put the key card in the box at their door.
