We were only there for the night. Restaurants were available at the hotel and at the Grand ******. Pedestrian zone nearby. Breakfast was a bit overpriced. Friendly service. I would recommend it.
The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows.
They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.
This hotel is very good, clean and comfy. I love their bed. It's so soft and comfortable. It's located in the good location. If you don't mind hearing the noises of cars and sirens.

Great stay! Love the service provided by the concierge staff upon our arrival, did not manage to catch his name but he was fantastic! He was detail oriented and sincere with his service. Especially after a long drive up to Dunedin, he made sure we were well taken care of :)
Room booked was quite tiny, so not recommended to book this room type if you are travelling with big luggage. Room was also quite perfumed - which would've been better if it was much more subtle.
The hotel is in a great location, between the First Church and the train station, and more than 100 meters away from Countdown supermarket, which is convenient for shopping and can also solve the 90-minute parking problem. There is an elevator. The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, and the living room is very comfortable. The only problem is that the door hinge is too tight, which makes it inconvenient to open and close the door.
The location of this hotel is amazing! It is a very quiet and comfortable place at the corner of Bajiao Street. You can see the street from the small balcony of the window, but it is very quiet. There are various churches within a 10-minute walk, and there are many restaurants and shops on the road within 20 minutes of the train station. The key is that parking is very convenient and there are many parking spaces in the yard. highly recommended!
We can not say anything about the service as we have never met this. When we arrived, our name with room number was on a blackboard, the key was in the door. Since we left the room until noon, the room was not made. Room facilities, location, parking, etc. are good, the window for daylight could be larger.
Nice hotel. Spacious room, clean toilet. Breakfast was not that high quality, but I can't complain of it considering the reasonable price. Recommendable place!
The hotel is full of old-fashioned Scottish style. The first floor is a bar, restaurant, and a casino. The front desk clerk is very funny. He often drinks and chats in the bar. He will come over if you need anything. The corridor and stairwell are full of old-fashioned style and very romantic. The room is not big, with old-fashioned doors and windows. There is free parking. It is in the city center, Bajiao Street, the old train station, and the oldest church are all within a 5-minute walk. There are two different national chain supermarkets, Countdown and New World, within a 10-minute walk.
Located around the city centre, with a lot of restaurants and shops just outside the hotel. Free parking for staying guest, guest can also use their washing machine. Room is clean and big, with free wifi access.

HhuacVery design hotel, good location, across the street is the mall, the only view of the hotel is the hotel interior, parking fee is 30 a night, charging is 45, it is slow charging, superior room is similar to ordinary room, executive privileges and so on confirmed but nothing, the hotel front desk told me that the breakfast restaurant is very delicious, I tried it, it only looks good, no meat, the room is spacious and bright with design, all of which are the best hotel I stayed in this trip except Auckland InterContinental, but it is more expensive than Auckland InterContinental
GGuest UserThe location is close to the main street and you can walk to the main attractions, but the city has ups and downs and it can be a bit tiring to walk. The one-bedroom apartment has a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient with a full set of kitchen utensils and tableware. The University of Otago is very beautiful. If you are interested, you can visit the School of Art. It is so beautiful!
GGuest UserVery clean and comfortable hotel. Parking a bit expensive $25 for 24 hours. Has washing machine and dryer in hotel room which is very handy! Highly recommended!
GGuest UserLeviathan Hotel is a classic hotel with a nice interior of the common areas (wooden stairs, old fashioned furniture etc.) and an old style elevator and keys for the doors. The staff are very friendly and helpful. My rooms is in the small side and if your want a super new and spotless hotel this one is a little bit old and worn which is part of its charm.
AAnonymous UserThe first person who likes it is the front desk, who gave a very warm introduction. The reserved room is gone and the parking fee is waived. There are two large supermarkets around the hotel, New World and Countdown. The room is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Highly recommended. It’s also very close to the University of Otago.
