It was a very nice and spacious accommodation with a lovely setup where it doesn’t just feel like a hotel room. Shower was good, had the ability to toast, microwave, and there was a fridge so you could bring food.
Clean and cozy. Very affordable for what you get so pretty happy.
Very clean and comfortable hotel. Parking a bit expensive $25 for 24 hours. Has washing machine and dryer in hotel room which is very handy! Highly recommended!

Parking is inconvenient: The hotel is in the city center. I walked around the hotel twice but couldn't find the entrance to the parking lot. I had to park on the roadside and then go to check in. As a result, I was told that the hotel parking lot was full and I could only park at a nearby parking lot at my own expense (free from 6pm to 9am, if I remember correctly).
There are two elevators, one new and one old. The old elevator is a bit scary to me...very old;
The room facilities are pretty good, but the ground is partially sunken? Subsidence? I dare not step on it.
Overall, it is still pretty good, but parking is a bit troublesome.
The location is very good, just opposite the Octagonal Pavilion. The hotel facilities are a bit old, which is why I like it, including the elevator buttons, which are old but well maintained and function normally. There is a ** in the hotel, which does good business.
The hotel is very convenient as it's located in the central city, Every attraction and food outlet is approx 10 to 15 minutes walk which I don't mind. The hotel provides a breakfast buffet all day and dinner from 6pm to 9pm. The customer service is very professional and friendly! I got a king bedroom that also includes air conditioning which is very cosy. The bed is very comfortable, however am not really a fan with soft pillows.
They have plenty of amenities and facilities in the room, i love the experience and have a nice sunrise view in the morning. Would definitely recommend to family and friends to stay.
The location is close to the main street and you can walk to the main attractions, but the city has ups and downs and it can be a bit tiring to walk. The one-bedroom apartment has a living room and a kitchen, which is very convenient with a full set of kitchen utensils and tableware. The University of Otago is very beautiful. If you are interested, you can visit the School of Art. It is so beautiful!
We can not say anything about the service as we have never met this. When we arrived, our name with room number was on a blackboard, the key was in the door. Since we left the room until noon, the room was not made. Room facilities, location, parking, etc. are good, the window for daylight could be larger.
A stay at this apartment places you in the heart of Dunedin, within a 10-minute walk of University of Otago and The Octagon. This apartment is 0.1 mi (0.1 km) from Temple Gallery and 0.1 mi (0.2 km) from St. Paul's Cathedral.
This smoke-free apartment was built in 1863.
Featured amenities include express check-in, express check-out, and luggage storage. Free self parking is available onsite.
Make yourself comfortable in this individually decorated apartment, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. A flat-screen television with digital programming provides entertainment, while complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and an electric kettle.
The hotel is in a great location, between the First Church and the train station, and more than 100 meters away from Countdown supermarket, which is convenient for shopping and can also solve the 90-minute parking problem. There is an elevator. The room is large, the kitchen is fully equipped with kitchenware, and the living room is very comfortable. The only problem is that the door hinge is too tight, which makes it inconvenient to open and close the door.
