Great service, a hotel more than 6 star, from first sight it is like a palace, and staff our super friendly, even prepared us a foot bath after a long day, very considerable and highly recommended

The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, assisting us with inquiries about tourist sites and even allowing us to use their local number to order food. The location is convenient and is quiet at night.

A large grand hotel. We went beginning of November just as the main tourist season was over. The swimming pool was shut and generally the hotel felt a bit in hibernation mode. It is well located for taking a taxi to the tourist sites and you can just about walk into the centre of town.

提前聯繫升級了房間，這點很棒。總體來説房間還是不錯，在敦煌算可以的。玩累了回酒店還準備了熱水泡腳。前台禮賓服務基本沒有，行李也是需要自己從車上拿下來，沒人來接。總體來説還是不錯。早餐一般，能吃。

天河入住的體驗非常棒。房型很大，寬敞。整潔和衞生的淋浴房，舒服的床，都讓疲憊的旅程變得美好一點。早餐和晚餐也很豐富，晚餐中餐館是包間，管理得井井有條。特別贊一下客房部的楊秀芬，每天都會有温馨的問候和提醒，也會介紹酒店的服務，比如説代客買票，介紹酒店的美食，還特地準備了泡腳服務，一洗當天的疲勞。會記得這家酒店，下次再來居住。
