A large grand hotel. We went beginning of November just as the main tourist season was over. The swimming pool was shut and generally the hotel felt a bit in hibernation mode. It is well located for taking a taxi to the tourist sites and you can just about walk into the centre of town.

The hotel is quite spectacular and grand, with convenient transportation. The Dunhuang Museum is within easy reach, and it is also close to the Dunhuang Night Market. After dinner, I just walked back to the hotel to digest the food. The hotel rooms and bathrooms are large, and footbaths, bath salts and hot water are prepared for guests every night, which can relieve the fatigue of a day's play. It feels very good! The hotel breakfast is rich in variety, especially the bowl of beef noodles must be tried. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are also delicious and the portion is quite large. The hotel service is warm and thoughtful, and guests are equipped with special housekeepers to provide various services, which is very good! Thank you to Miss Yang Xiufen from the hotel's housekeeping department for her daily concern and enthusiastic service. I will continue to stay next time I go to Dunhuang.

This hotel is the worst hotel in Gansu. How did the hotel with a five-diamond rating of 4.6 on Ctrip get the rating? I hope a real review can help future travelers avoid spoilers! I specially chose a deluxe room on Ctrip. After checking in, I felt that there was a strong smell of air freshener in the room. I felt that I opened the window for ventilation. Half an hour later, I realized why I sprayed freshener. It turned out that there was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom. I contacted the waiter and she was sure that it was the smell of urine. Okay, I was directly transferred from the deluxe room on the fifth floor to the ordinary room on the third floor. Okay, it doesn’t matter as long as it is clean and quiet. I have to go to bed early tomorrow. I accidentally dropped my phone on the ground and found that the ground was full of hair, party colored paper pieces and paper towel balls. Then I asked the waiter to come and ask if this room had been cleaned. They came with a vacuum cleaner in the middle of the night. It was already 12:30, so I went to bed quickly! The next day, I met the team in the next room playing cards and chatting until 2:30! After informing the hotel, it was not resolved? On the third day, it was even more outrageous. After I complained to the hotel after singing karaoke until 1 o'clock, they asked me to move rooms in the middle of the night!!! I don't know what the hotel was thinking? Anyway, I will probably not come to Dunhuang again. It's a scam. What's even more outrageous is that after I complained before leaving, they said they would refund me 20% of the room fee. Please, I changed from a deluxe room to a superior room. This is the difference that the hotel should refund me! I really don't write reviews. I wrote so much because I really think everyone can avoid this kind of scam hotel!

The room has floor heating, central air conditioning, and dual system heating, so it is very warm. Every night, special hot water and foot basins with disposable bags are provided for residents to soak their feet. This part is really heartwarming👍Quiet in a bustling city, convenient transportation, close to the Dunhuang Museum, 4.5 kilometers away from Mingsha Mountain, and the room can see Mingsha Mountain at sunset. Breakfast also has pre-made ramen... In short, it is very satisfying. The young lady who checked in also took the initiative to add a breakfast for us, but unfortunately I forgot her name; Sister Su Haixia from the housekeeping department is very attentive in all kinds of services, which is definitely higher than the standards of a five-star hotel👍

Tianhe Hotel is magnificent, the rooms are large, and the service is very professional. Yang Xiufen from the housekeeping department was very enthusiastic and considerate. I was assigned to a very cold room. Sister Yang helped me change the room immediately🥹🥹🥹 I was so touched🥲 She was afraid that I would miss the flight the next day, so she helped me book a car in advance... There is also the hotel's special foot bath service, YYDS~ I ordered a meal at the hotel during my illness, and they also sent me a fruit plate and ginger tea~ It's really considerate~ Give 10,000 good reviews!

The room is big, the facilities are new, and the service is good. I was a little tired after visiting Mingsha Mountain, Mogao Grottoes, and Dunhuang yesterday. When I entered the room, I was actually provided with a footbath and hot water.
