Positive: Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Laundry facilities in every floor with washing powder provided. Great location with shops and restaurants nearby and walking distance to night markets.
Negative: We were given 2 rooms not in the main building so had to drag our suitcases quite a long way. There were smokers on our floor so the whole corridor smelled like an ashtray though our rooms didn’t smell. No safe box so slightly inconvenient.

The room is not well ventilated and there is a peculiar smell when you enter. The environment gives people a feeling of depression. There is no sense of service. When customers ask questions, they choose to evade and shirk. The food hygiene and ingredients are not clean and fresh.
