That lady at check in was super friendly and very helpful which to me is always a plus. We were checked in and had my key within a minute. The room was good size and very clean. It was very quiet here also, never heard anything. We did however have a problem with our plumbing in the room but the lady at the front desk was super helpful, she gave us a choice of 2 other rooms right next to us to move to, again , she was on top of it, and did a great job.the only bad thing was there was no food of any kind, and the pool was closed which I didn’t see on their website. The air conditioner was old, but it did work, but ran all night. In the parking lot, I found a red bull can laying behind my new truck, and now my backup camera doesn’t work anymore. Can’t really blame that on the hotel thought. But overall, we’d stay here again.

There are a lot of stores, and the chain operation is cost-effective, mainly because the price is relatively cheap, the beds are clean and comfortable, the breakfast is not bad, there are meat, fruits and bread, and you can eat more.

This Hampton Inn is in a very convenient location. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast bar was good. I prefer bananas over apples but that is just ME. Parking the first night was a little scarce. As there is a steakhouse that seems to “share” the parking lot. Overall a great place.

I love the Fairfield Inn and Suites chain and stay in them twice a year when traveling from FL to New England. I have stayed in Dunn a few times. Usually, I am exhausted after driving all day and have difficulty walking. It takes every last bit of my reserve just to make it to my room. If I am lucky, I get to the hotel before all of the handicapped parking spots are taken, but if they are taken, I have to walk further than usual. Typically I take a light shopping bag, my purse and a cane and put it on the ”bellhop” luggage carriers located right inside the front door of the hotel. Then I grab my check in room key and take the luggage carrier right to my room (using it almost like a walker to lean on). I keep it overnight and then use it to get back to my car. This time the front desk person called me to bring it back. I told them I couldn't as I couldn't walk one more step. They said that they would collect it, so I left it outside my door for them to come get it. But what I wasn't prepared for was the next morning. A wonderful front desk person named Christine called me up and knowing that I used it to assist me to walk to my car, she offered to drop it off at my room so I could bypass check out and go directly to my car. This was so sweet and thoughtful and saved me many steps and more shortness of breath. Thank you Christine of Fairfield Inn Dunn NC for your kindness. I used to go back and forth between booking at Dunn or Smithfield depending on how tired I was. I will always book at Dunn now. Love everything about Fairfield Suites, multiple locations NC and PA. Thank you.

Hvg stayed here a number of times, this has been on a fast downward ltrajectory over the past 5 yrs. Tv did not work, Manager got one from another room as we already unpacked and didn’t want to move again. Phone did not work. Floor did not appear to be swept. As usual, lobby filled w boxes. When the hotel has so few guests why are u placed right next to the conjoining room? We requested room in back and wr told because we booked thru you we could not be moved!! We wr up til midnight w loud TV and noisy adjoining room guests. The hotel was just abt empty. Breakfast buffet sscant. Juice machine not working due to Fla Natural contract w Wyndham??? Ridiculous!!
