The cottage is very close to Blue Run which gives you free access to the spring fed Rainbow River for boating, tubing, kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing! Located close to a waterfront restaurant with waterfront dining. Downtown Dunnellon offers restaurants, shopping and even antiquing. Publix, Aldi, Walmart, CVS and other stores are also very close for essentials.Our cottage is absolutely adorable and sparkling clean! All of our furnishings and bedding are new and always fresh for a good night sleep. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare meals. We have an outdoor grill so just bring your charcoal! The backyard has chairs, fire pit and 3 kayaks! Since we are not on the water you will need your own truck/vehicle to transport the kayaks to the river. Smart TVs are in the living room and bedroom. A few games, dice and cards are provided.There is a 50+ mile bike trail you can hop on right from the cottage! We have 2 bikes in the shed you can use or bring your own! The roads coming in and out of the neighborhood right now are a little bumpy. Swampy’s Bar & Grill on the Rainbow & the Blue Run boat ramp is easy walking distance. The home sits on a completely fenced in .25 acre. We have created a relaxing spring vacation home experience including lots of fun games & even kayaks. Come on by! *** snow birds ask about monthly discounts! Dogs allowed on a case by case basis with $80 pet fee required with prior owner approval. Please clean up after your dog. No cats allowed. This home is NOT located directly on the Rainbow River waterfront but an easy two minute walk away!The property is a 2 bedroom (1 queen bed per room) 1 bathroom home with 2 queen air mattresses and pack in play crib available for extra sleepers. Any additional guests that stay any nights during your stay must be pre-approved and limited to 8 people total per night plus room for an infant in the crib. The base rate includes 4 people any more people are an extra nightly charge of $25/person per night. The 65" 4K Samsung Smart TV provides easy login to any of your subscriptions. There is also a generous library of books and DVD/Blueray movies and ask to enjoy but please don't take home. Please report any damages to us immediately as well as clogged sink drains, non-working appliances or other home provisions so we can remedy the issue during your stay. It's the ideal location to stay If you're looking for a relaxing time, and some kayaking along the Rainbow River. This property has been modernized to give you the comforts of home, but still retain that "Old Florida" charm that will make your vacation extra special.This property is located in the most prestigious and desirable neighborhood of Dunnellon, Florida. The backyard of the property is situated on "Rainbow River Cove" (a serene private cove which connects directly to the Rainbow River). You will have direct access to the Rainbow River. Centrally located, you can launch kayaks from the backyard dock and quickly be at KP Hole (to the left) OR Swampy's Waterfront Bar & Grill (to the right). This large cabin offers 4 Bedrooms & 3 Full Bathrooms. It's perfect for large groups or a family' to enjoy a getaway because, in addition to large bedrooms, you will also have 2 Full Kitchens / 2 Full Dining Areas and 2 Full Living Rooms. There is also a bar area downstairs and a Full Laundry Room with a Washer/Dryer for you to use. The property boasts a large yard & plenty of room to lounge around outside, enjoying the immense wildlife and tranquil view. The property has a large upstairs deck, and a massive wraparound downstairs deck. In addition, the property has an upper-lookout area overlooking the cove.
