Great hotel for convenience to Luton airport.. one short bus journey away... staff were incredibly helpful and patient when I had a problem with payment card (Leah you were a star!). Room was spacious and spotless, cooked buffet breakfast hot, and lots of variety for cold options. Tea/Coffee available at reception 24hrs... All in all, a lovely atmosphere and I highly recommend it, especially for stop overs for airport travellers... parking is available just outside the front door, and a large mall is conveniently located tight next door for those things u may have forgotten to pack!!

We stayed at the Holiday Inn Express at Luton Airport for one night at the beginning of holiday and then returned on our way back. We were very pleased once again with the service, the cleanliness of the rooms, the fact that we were so near to the airport yet couldn't hear the sound of the aircraft. We also liked that the bus stop was very near the hotel so could get the bus to and from Luton Airport, which is handy when you are tired and just want to crawl into bed! The breakfast is well presented and tasty. If we fly from Luton Airport again and need to book a hotel, we would have no hesitation re-booking.

Location is very good, 10-15 walk to the terminal. Good for short stay.
Little bit overpriced as hotel near by has bigger rooms, little bit closer to the terminal and breakfast included for £90 and in Ibis I paid 80 and if you want breakfast you have to pay £12

All was good, not the nearest to the airport, but not far either. Just they use to forget to put some stuff, like razor for example, and then you are adviced to call them and ask

David is very talkative, the room is very clean, and it is close to the train station. The town is also very beautiful, suitable for vacation and hiking.
The only inconvenience is that there are limited restaurants in the town, so you need to go to a slightly farther place to eat, but it is a few minutes walk from the train station, so it can be solved~

The Premier Inn is a decent value for money. The staff were very helpful at check-in given that we arrived a bit earlier than 3pm , they allowed us to to change into clothing more appropriate for the toasty afternoon ( sunny and 25C) and leave our belongings in storage behind the reception. The biggest drawback , in my books, was the fact the window in our room was sealed shut and we had to rely on the HVAC system for fresh air. The location made it easy to reach from Luton Airport after a 10 min walk from the Luton Station Interchange, but the surrounding area has a bit of a rough edge to it.

A very adequate stay with a great location. Beds were comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally warm and friendly. Overall, a pleasant experience with everything you need for a short trip.

Late to the hotel due to the flight delay and delay from Gdansk, anyway, hotel room is great and available for late check out with £10/hr, reasonable, and have a good sleep.Anyway, you may call a taxi to go to the hotel, a but inconvenient that you know Luton airport is really inconvenient.

The staff were so kind and helpful. I checked in just as the kitchen closed and the asked the chef to restart the pizza oven so I could have dinner.
I also had a broken foot which was very painful and swollen from an entire day walking around Luton airport. They provided me with a huge bowl of ice which made a massive difference and I left the hotel the next day feeling rested and much more comfortable.
As I was about to leave a kind lady at the check in desk came and gave me a bottle of water and a chocolate bar to take with me.
Great experience after the previous day’s hellish experience with EasyJet at Luton airport.

However hotel need to be bit more transparent with the situation there atm as I totally understand it and commend them for doing it, however not making paying customers aware this is why bars aren’t open or breakfast / food services are not available will lead to complaints and making customers feel very uncomfortable. But this does not take away from the staff there who were all extremely welcoming and doing the best with the cards they have been dealt.

GGuest UserWe stayed for 3 nights , 2 in a standard room which was ok , and 1 night in a Premier Inn plus. Much better ambience, more comfortable bed , nice to have low lavender lights in the bathroom for overnight!! Also , a fridge , iron and board and a coffee machine. The most irritating disappointment was the terrible non existent (almost) wi- fi, even the ultimate was rubbish , so we only spent the minimal amount of time in the rooms for this reason !!
