Dunster Castle Hotel
"Breakfast was brilliant (especially the fruit salad), the room was so clean and the proprietors were very attentive, happy and helpful. It's the second time my son and I have visited there, and look forward to going back soon"
Little Dragons
Luttrell Arms
"What a beutiful place to unwind lovely surroundings.Great staff with time to chat means alot drinks and food great . So yummy afternoon cream tea to all in all 100% CHEERS"
Exmoor House
"The welcome and care we received from Jane and James was second to none. The bed was enormous and super comfy. Breakfast was excellent- I recommend the mushroom omelette. But what was truly impressive was the fact that Jane was so kind in providing us with a ‘Take Away’ breakfast on the day of our departure as we were leaving very early. If you wish to stay in Dunster and would like to be well loved during your stay then go to Exmoor House."
Yarn Market Hotel
"Excellent , 5 star golden … Sue greeted us warmly & helpfully even though the Hotel was busy & it was a hot day , Friday pre Bank Holiday weekend. So good to see lots folks bustling around beautiful DUNSTER . Paul was Top rated Helpful to advise & sort out special time away …. taking his valuable ( as said it was a busy time for the Yarn Market Hotel ) to resolve a problem ( nothing actually to do with the Hotel ) Yet he put himself out & made us a pit of tea whilst we waited . Kind , thoughtful, helpful , welcoming , enthusiastic, comfortable, clean , quant , countryside genuine …. Sums up our time at the Yarn Market Hotel - THANK YOU …. we will be back …"
Dunster Mill House
"Set within the grounds of Dunster Castle, the location is nothing short of exceptional. The property itself is beautifully run by a couple who clearly take real pride in what they do. Breakfast was, without exaggeration, among the finest we’ve enjoyed in years - arguably even surpassing my own efforts. The fruit salad alone was a standout: thoughtfully selected, perfectly balanced, and presented with real care. A sincere thank you to Pete and Karen for such a memorable stay. There’s very little to fault. Some might mention the parking, but we had no trouble at all. In fact, the absence of early-morning engine noise and fumes was a welcome luxury - far preferable to the usual comings and goings."
