Very bad experience, it is not kids and family friendly. The balcony doors don’t have proper locks (kids 2-3 Yrs old can open it by using handle) and dangerous if you have young kids. The same for main door. We asked them to shift us to lower floor but they denied the request by saying it was fully booked. I expected it to be family friendly resort and safe for kids but it is not. The pool area is not well maintained.

Love to have a longer stay here. If only the place was clean n freshen up. Stuffy smell still lingers around the room perhaps due to long it was not been use especially during Covid. Lucky we always bought our travel humidifier thus that solves the issue. Food for breakfast just the basic for rm18 for kids the cost is too much for the serving they have to offer. The staffs were friendly and helpfull thumbs up for that. Give it some time to brush up the entire place it will be good as before. Will still come back for more stay at Philea despite the flaws...

The quiet place is located near melaka toll and it’s hidden from the outside world. The place is quiet and peaceful and definitely recomend family or couple to spend a night here. The down side of the hotel is the breakfast wasn’t impressive and mediocre.
