Rooms are like cell blocks. No lighting, apart from bedside, shower fitting broken, single room sold as a twin, no space for luggage. Floor tiles instead of carpet, In desperate need of a refurb , tacky

We will not stay again no staff on site after 10pm . The bar closed at 9.30 at night. There was no mattress protector on bed . No air conditioning . The hotel as newly renovated, no evening meals only breakfast with limited choice. It's very expensive. We were there for a conference over 60 people.

Superior rooms were very small. There was no seating area in the room or phone. Only tea making facilities when we requested coffee we were refused. The bathroom was incredibly small with only one hook and no where to hang wet towels. Towels not changed when left on floor. Bar closed early every night and shut on Sunday. Breakfast was good.

Das Hotel ist fußläufig zum Steinertor und der Fußgängerzone und zum Karikaturmuseum. Es bietet Parkplätze um € 8.- an - den Preis finden wir in Ordnung. Das Zimmer (107) war etwas zu kühl, was dem Umstand der Reisezeit Ende April, Anfang Mai, also dem Ende der Heizsaison, geschuldet war. Sehr bequeme Betten. Die Türen der Dusche haben nicht allzu gut geschlossen, und in der Früh ist der Schlauch der Dusche abgerissen (was man als Pech bezeichnen muß). Man hat uns dann sofort ein Zimmer daneben für die Dusche angeboten. Auch hier haben die Türen der Dusche schlecht geschlossen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist für ein 3-Sterne-Haus sehr reichhaltig. Das Personal sehr nett und bemüht.

Das Team im Hotel ist sehr freundlich, die Matratze war fantastisch, ich habe sehr gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind leider etwas klein, aber es gibt ein sehr gutes und vielfältiges Frühstücksbuffet!! Die Fahrräder können sehr gut und sicher verstaut werden!

Das Hotel ist neu renoviert, schön, liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles ist sehr sauber, der Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Betten sind sehr bequem. Auf dem Frühstücksbüffe findet man alles süß, herzhaft, warm, kalt, mediterran, einfach alles. Es gibt eine Kinderecke und beim Frühstück gibt es sogar Plastik Kindergeschir. Wir waren mit unseren zwei Kindern für 1 Nacht im Hotel, weil wir das Wachauer Volksfest besuchen wollten. Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war neu renoviert und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr angenehm. Normalerweise kriege ich Rückenschmerzen in Hotelbetten. Wir wurden sehr nett an der Rezeption empfangen. Das Frühstück war sehr üppig und gut - für jeden etwas dabei auch für „wählerische“ Kleinkinder. Die Lage des Hotels ist perfekt in wenigen Gehminuten ist die Stadt Krems erreichbar. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Das Parkhotel ist wohl schon ein äleres Haus, wurde allerdings renoviert und vor Kurzem wiedereröffnet.Die Hotelhalle mit Rezeption und Bar wurden angenehm gestaltet, das Personal war überaus freundlich. Die Zimmer waren groß, die Einrichtun durchaus ausreichend. Das Bett war groß mit guter Matratze. Das Badezimmer fällt etwas ab. Die Badewanne sollte doch eine Antirutschmatte haben, ebenso fehlt ein Rasier-/Kosmetikspiegel, und es sollten noch mehr Haken vorhanden sein. Das Frühstück war ausreichend, die Bedienung freundlich. Fazit: ein empfehlenswertes Hotel, zentral gelegen. Es hat ein bißchen noch mit anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten zu kämpfen, aber nach deren Beseitigung hat es sich das "seht gut" verdient.
