The hotel and staff are so nice, when I booked the hotel wasn’t too happy about it wasn’t expecting much but was blown away by the quality of service I got. Only thing is their bathroom is quite small but the hotel was amazing didn’t want to leave my birthday decoration was very beautiful they made me feel special and the staffs kept complimenting me.

The hotel staff were very warm and friendly from the first moment I arrived at the hotel. They gave me a free upgrade and made sure to show me to my room.
The hotel itself is lovely, and the comfort level is just amazing. The breakfast was so good, it even has an omelet station.
I highly recommend this hotel what you are looking for a relaxing stay by the Albanian seashore.

Hotel in the position in front of the sea and excellent horrible the wellness center with a swimming pool impossible to use it as it has neither steps nor a ladder to go down incomprehensible fact never seen in all the swimming pools used all over the world. The outdoor pool is very large with a small one for children, but unfortunately also this impossible to use as all the ladders instead of steps had round tubes difficult to go up and down not only for me but also for other guests.

Mediocre hotel which is too expensive in terms of price and quality.
Small rooms and too small bathroom where you have to shower in a hip bath.
No second time for us.
There are many better and cheaper 4 star hotels in the area.
In any case, in our opinion, this hotel is not worthy of 5 stars.

A really nice hotel but the killer thing for me is centrally controlled air con/heating. As a lady of a certain age(hot flushes)I had trouble sleeping last night and am lay on the bed in my undies writing this review. We are all different in how we deal with different temperatures. It's been 21 degrees today,mostly sunny and locals are still walking round in padded jackets and overcoats but most tourists have been sunbathing. I DO NOT want the heating on thank you,I need air con. All they said at reception was just turn it off altogether. NOT good,it's like a sweatbox in our room. Sorry,but this one problem means I will not be coming back because no one likes being tired from lack of sleep,especially when the problem could so easily be solved by letting YOU choose the temperature in your own room. Must add though that the staff here are lovely.

Great hotel with fantastic staff. The hotel is right at the sea, and offers spacious rooms with great views. Many thanks to Admiral, who made our breakfast wonderful, by offering and serving local specialities. This is exactly what one expects in a 5 star hotel.
