It is so bad that I suspect she discriminates against Chinese people. If you arrive early, you cannot check in early even if there is a room available. You will be charged 50% of your room rate, or you can only check in at 3 o'clock. Hilton is such a bad person. . I have never encountered such a situation. If Marriott has a room available at 11 o'clock, you can definitely check in. Finally, we negotiated with Ctrip to reduce the fee by half before they let us into the room. The room cost more than a thousand yuan, but the cabinet doors could not be closed and it lacked maintenance. Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people, don't stay here! I'm so angry.

HVAC is terrible both summer and winter and the air filters are never cleaned - we have stayed many times over the past few years, checked many rooms, filters are always filthy. Staff's recommendation for hot, stuffy rooms in winter is to open your windows when the AQI is at constant hazardous levels exceeding 500. Staff do not seem to understand the health effects of air pollution or acknowledge it is a problem. Managers and staff just don't care about actually fixing the AC unfortunately - unless you like to feel like you're sleeping in a sauna, don't stay here.
