Nice hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately Trip.com gave unclear information regarding our booking, but hotel did its best to give us suitable solution.

the staff were fantastic, there wasn't a moment that they weren't helpfull , they helped above and beyond, the breakfast was so much to choose from and catered for everyone, the rooms were very clean and had a beautiful bathroom, would definitely recommened this for anyone that wan't to be in the center of Dusseldorf.

Perfect hotel for visiting Ddorf

It's a little far from the central station, but it wasn't a burden. It was very nice to have a refrigerator, but it was inconvenient as there were not many outlet taps.

There is no air conditioning, but luckily it wasn't hot when I went there. Many places don't look as good as the pictures. so so

The hotel is correct, the only thing is the reception staff is not very friendly. Otherwise pretty good value for money

非常不錯的酒店，周邊餐飲店齊全，旁邊就有REWE,還有大型商超，購物方便，離高速也很近，推薦推薦！不過房間有點老舊，

Zeer fijn verblijf in fijne kamer. Locatie goed en ontbijt heel lekker. Medewerkster zeer vriendelijk.

Well, difficult to find the hotel because outside it says Batavia. On the entrance rug it says Rugs. Dated reception, the bar shown in pictures is not there anymore. We got a spacious and comfortable room. Liked that the windows could open because it was hot outside. Also had a door to a "fire-balcony" with a chair to sit in outside. Bathroom was ok. Price decent. The confusing thing was the information in the room. If we not wanted the room cleaned: tell reception and get a free drink in the bar! The bar is gone and the receptionist understood nothing. Info in the room also said Batavia. There was a note asking guests to be quiet, not jump or do things that will be noisy. Made us wonder if we were at a cheap hotel for school groups or backpackers.... Very small elevator. We liked the central location. Didn´t try the breakfast because we thought that one might be disappointing, too. I can´t really understand the "Fantastic" rewiews I read before booking this.
