If you stay in Dusseldorf more than 1 month, I will definitely recommend this apartmenthaus. I know you are unfamiliar in Dusseldorf, but the location is very central, nearby Carlsplatz. If you are foody, you can directly go to the bakery (HINKEL) or Casa Luigi (Italian restaurant) within 30 sec. Munstermann is also located in the same street.

Die Lage ist optimal! Gleich in der Nähe vom Carlsplatz, dort, wo jeden Tag Markt mit Sitzgelegenheiten und "Leben" ist. Rundherum Geschäfte und Restaurants. Trotzdem dann in diesem Abschnitt, wo das Hotel liegt, absolut ruhig. Im Innenhof Gartenmöbel, um dort einfach mal zu sitzen und auch eine kleine mitgebrachte "Vesper" einzunehmen. Im Küchenschrank könnte etwas mehr Besteck sein, bzw. eine große Kanne wäre gut, wenn man sich selbst Frühstück machen will. In unserer Zeit gab es kein Frühstück im Hotel wg. Umbau. Aber direkt neben dem Hotel ist die geniale Bäckerei Kinkel! Empfang bei Ankunft sehr nett - man bekommt den Code genannt, mit dem man ab da für Haupteingang und Zimmer absolut unabhängig ist. In unserer Zeit gab es kein Frühstück wg. Umbau. Wir würden immer wieder kommen.

Gelegen op een prachtige locatie midden in het centrum. Super fijne inpandige parkeergarage. Vriendelijk personeel erg goed geholpen. Luxe inrichting en netjes verzorgd. Ideaal op afstand van de kerstmarkt en omliggende winkels. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar

Als erstes die positiven Aspekte zur Unterkunft. Grosse Räumlichkeiten, ideales Quartier, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für diese beiden Punkte. Mangelhaft empfand ich elementare Punkte der Zufriedenheit. Mangelnde Sauberkeit bei der sanitären Anlage, auf den Fussböden und vereistes/verschmutzes Eisablagefach. Tresor funktionierte nicht. Eingangstür massiv defekt, Türknauf fiel ab. Sicherheit gleich Null!

Buona soluzione. Un po’ fatiscente. L’aria condizionata non funzionava, ma forse era dovuto al fatto che faceva freddo. Camera ampia r pulita, il bagno meno. La struttura è in continua evoluzione, visto che ci sono cantieri ovunque all’interno. Peccato non siano organizzati per la colazione
