There is a bed in the bedroom, it is not clean, and the dead fly under the pillow on the bedside is disgusting. I immediately told the front desk to change it and did not compensate. Still Trip reliable, compensated me for a few hundred dollars and expressed my heart. I think a hotel is so poor in hygiene, and it is difficult to do well. 4 breakfast food is moldy. There are many varieties of breakfast, but they are all unpalatable. The fruit is also moldy! This is really drunk and disgusting. Quality control is a mess. 5 Poor breakfast service. The service staff has a bad attitude and ignores it. This is something other hotels have not encountered at all, this hotel is particularly obvious. 6 The restaurant is not used on the day of the game. 7.6 On the game day, before we went to see the ball, we wanted to go to pitti for a meal before we set off. The result told me that the restaurant is not used, the reason is unknown! If this hotel is 2000 a night, I think it is fine, that is the standard. I always stay here. The breakfast and location are really great.its very clean as well but not that many amenities. This time slippers were not available and the check in was digital.

It is an old hotel. I have no expectation as for the price I paid. However, if you are staying here for conference, you may have a better choice of hotel. The queue for breakfast can be troublesome.

The buffet average, cold cut, scrambled eggs and bread. The location is nearby, 5mnts walk but with large luggage for 10 minutes. We got the luggage trolley from the hotel way back to the station & returned it of course which made our lives easier.

Located in the port area of ​​Düsseldorf, it is not very close to the city. It takes about 25 minutes to reach the city by public transportation. The various services during the stay were satisfactory. There was nothing amazing, but there was no problem. The room has a separate dressing table partition, so the rest area is not large, which is a problem. The snacks in the lounge of the executive room I booked were delicious, which was a highlight. Overall, considering the price of the hotel in Germany, it is cost-effective.

Hotel reception is very busy but very nice to my kid. He gave us all ice pops which is so friendly. The breakfast is super nice which is better than normal German breakfast. But the waffle take long time to queue. Other than that, this is a super good hotel

Everything went so well! I just love this hotel so much. Perfect location within 5minutes walk to a metro station and ten minutes walk to train station. You just can go almost anywhere you want conveniently! And the room is clean and warm. Recommend it.

I was quite disappointed as I have had better experiences with Hilton hotels in other cities and countries. The minibar was completely empty, there was not even 1 bottle of water in the room, there was no bath rope, the interior and especially the bathroom looked pretty old and I have found hair in the sink and bathtub. Nevertheless the staff at the reception were very friendly.

The parking was 19 euro per night , if the parking was cheaper or free then it would be great. Otherwise if good value for money

The location is good and the hotel is clean. It is suitable for business trips. I can book it next time. The service staff is also friendly. I have questions and they are very patient to answer them using the translator. It is worth it for business trips.
