When we arrived, the front desk saw we had kids and upgraded us to a family room – that was fantastic! The room was spacious, and the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet. The hotel's surroundings are nice, with Wanda Plaza and Walmart supermarket just across the street. The rice noodles at breakfast were especially delicious, and the late check-out until 3 PM was a huge plus."

The room that the front desk arranged for me the first time had very little water, or even no water at all, and I couldn't take a shower directly. The hotel staff arranged it for me even though they knew the room was defective. 2. The second room I changed to had poor sanitation, and the toilet was still broken, and it was always filled with water. But I had something to do the next day, so I didn't change the room again, thinking of making do with it. 3. The toilets flushed upstairs and downstairs, and in the rooms on the left and right all night, and the noise was very loud, which seriously affected my sleep, and I was half asleep and half awake all night."
