I just found a useful shower head in the room. There is no laundry room. The hotel introduced a swimming pool but it was not open. The TV in the bathroom was broken and the sheets were torn... Let’s focus on the air conditioner. I reported to customer service several times that the air conditioner did not have hot air (it was there before changing rooms). The customer service was very impatient and did not arrange or solve the problem. When they reported that there was a problem with the hair dryer, they just pretended that there was no one. Come up and watch? 🙄Then a fierce waiter came and informed that there was no hot air for equipment maintenance in the building. At this time, the customer service was still saying that they wanted to find a maintenance man to come and take a look (contradiction) The breakfast was also very poor and nothing decent (the key point was not much).
