"We did not enjoy our experience at this hotel on check in the reception staff were very cold and not very friendly our room was right next to the main door for corridor and with everyone coming and going the banging of the door was constant, also our room was at back of the lifts which we could hear every time in use, we went to reception to ask getting moved to a different room to be told no we are full booked tonight no apology for the inconvenience and disturbance is was causing, when back in our room we went onto the hotel booking and yes there were still rooms to be had for that evening, absolutely disgusted with the lack of concern or that they never even looked on computer screen to see if anything available just a simple no we are full, next morning we checked out a day earlier than we had planned and lost our money for that nights stay, absolutely disgusted with our whole experience at this hotel and definitely will never book to stay here again ."
