Grandview Apartments

The property far exceeded our expectations. Beautiful apartment. Everyone loved the pool and proximity to the beach. Highly recommend it to anyone.

Apartment itself was perfect. Had everything we needed, very spacious and clean. Washer, dryer, clothes airer were very handy for beach days. The most beautiful beach and running track are a short walk down the hill. Only little issue was the pool was quite dirty, but we still jumped in for a bit. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

The apartment was large, clean and had a well equipped kitchen. It was a nice quiet location close to the beach.

Clean well appointed suite. We stayed in a 2 bedroom ocean view on the 5th floor. Cannot beat the view!! The facilities are getting older however it’s well kept up and very clean.

Loved the view. Unit was stocked with all the essentials in kitchen.

Decent rooms and amenities in a great spot.

The location is perfect. 6 mins drive from Ballina town center in a quiet side street on a hill overlooking Shelly beach. We were in 301, and felt misled by the minimal ocean view blocked by trees and houses in front. The third floor is more like a 1st floor as the building is lower set than the street. The underground parking is nice and apartment was clean and modern. Let down by a dishwasher that did not work (staff was able to get it working once) and pans in terrible unusable condition. No coffee pod machine. No soap dispenser in bathroom just a 10 ml bottle and 1" hand soap to last 3 night stay. Would've expected better for close to 600 a night. Clearly individual apartments and facilities vary. The location was the only saving grace.
