I stayed at Cranston House for one night for a family wedding nearby. I had a room up at the top of the house and was very happy there. The bed was comfortable, there were easy chairs and a small yet well-appointed bathroom. The gentleman at reception was helpful and informative. Would recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Cranston House. The owners are very welcoming and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Brian was extra helpful as we'd left an item in one of the rooms and he swiftly helped to return it. We would stay again if we are in the area.

Friendly welcome on arrival and a trouble free stay. A pleasant 15 minute walk to the town centre through a nearby park.

Good overall Room was comfortable, bath was a bit tight and slippery, and mattress was a bit hard, overall a lovely room Brian was very welcoming.

Excellent stay Everything was great, the only small gripe I had was that it took a long time for the hot water to reach temperature for the shower, even using the electric boost option. Host was really helpful and room excellent and spacious for a solo traveller which was much appreciated.
