great location, great service, great facilities! I stayed for a week to do a project nearby. The location is really good to connect with public transport (LRT, MRT, Commuter Line), restaurant, and the city center. The swimming pool is great, it would be nice if it can be wider and longer though, especially when the guests come together.

AThe entire staff demonstrates exceptional professionalism, with the housekeeping staff standing out in particular. Overall, the accommodations are cost-effective and pleasant, perfectly suiting my needs. I would definitely suggest it for those on a budget.

Warning!!! This hotel is worst hotel that ever stay stay in. I will explain every single detail about it.
Start from front liner, is not responsif and slow check in their movement so slow. And the room is very small. 18m2 for you guys travelled with big suitcases will struggling on, and their showe room so slippy, water so cold, they reduce water heater temperature. This hotel not cappable for childrens. Their housekeeping doesnt like childrens, because children only can make a mess. I ask more towel and they said they cant give it for us because of their ******* SOP not allow it. Their face like a ******* when they send something to our room , no smile and show like deppresed with their job. And u doest have manager so their departemen is managed with another manager, gis name Sofyan has spoke to me by phone to apologize and PROMISE all **** happen will he mantaining. And the other day, when I back 4pm with tag clean room on the door in the morning before i left. I found my room no clean up. This is make me so upset and promise I will put complain to the goverment. So please dont use your money to stay this hotel. Before you regret. as I expl

If you like a good choice in middleclass indo. Hotel which close gto tranport hub, is a good price for here.
As when we there, the ownership shifted to Swiss-Bellinn.. maybe will improve better..
