Very nice room. Near to the main road. There are a few local restaurants at lv 1 & 5. Breakfast and wifi is ok. Table is big enough for working and comes with power point. Down side is no shopping mall within walking distance but have a convenient stall behind hotel. I had a room facing the main road, it could be a bit noisy from the motor cycle racing at night.

Had a pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the essential facilities provided. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, making it easy to get around. Overall, a great experience and highly recommended!

the service is standard, location is good near to whoosh station but still not in walking distance, can take taxi 10minutes, the breakfast is standard

Cannot provided one king or queen bed and one double single bed room request. A simple request also rejected. A bit surprise.

Good value for the room , a bit old hotel

The overall experience was not satisfying—the towels were too old and looked untidy. Also, they did not provide small towels. The toilet papers were forgotten twice. I will change to a different hotel the next time I come to Katarina.

We arrived at the hotel after a long and tiring journey, and the room was very spacious, comfortable, and clean, which allowed us to rest well during our two-night stay. We would also like to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm hospitality. The breakfast was delicious and greatly enjoyed. We would rate this hotel 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to our friends and family.

A bit far to go anywhere in Jakarta but so near to Halim station, convenient place to stay when decide to go to Bandung.

The room was large but could use a good upgrade. The couch felt like it not been cleaned in a long time. Also we had some issues with the shower when we checked in. To be fair they did fix the main issue soon after. The bed was a bit hard and unfortunately while we stayed there they were doing some maintenance to one of the elevators. Which was quite annoying sometimes as they only have two and it is a large hotel. The breakfast was also very basic.
