East Jakarta Matraman Hotels

Friends were telling me that location was an issue but I didn’t find it a hassle cos I could just hop on Grab to go anywhere. When I arrived I was greeted by the guard and the front desk personnel. Unfortunately I didn’t remember their names but they were the nicest people I’ve ever met in Jakarta. Hotel room was great although there were issues with the AC, the night duty personnel was quick to resolve the issue by giving me another room. I didn’t even have to go to the lobby to get this arranged. The staff came up and gave me a card to another room. Breakfast was a little disappointing as they didn’t refill the food in a timely manner but I wasn’t too worried cos I could just order food from somewhere else. I did feedback to them about the breakfast and the duty manager was quick to compensate me with a later check out on my next visit. I didn’t expect this but it was good to know that they care for their guests. Overall, the hotel did a great job. It was beyond my expectation. I would come back to this place again!

Man, how do I start? That was my best state hotel in Jakarta and I stayed in few hotels man I wish I could go back to the hotel. It was very very good hotel very good service very clean. The Internet is very strong. 

A budget hotel, quite strategic location, and spacious room. No restaurant for breakfast, but they give you instant cup noodles and bottled water. Right beside the hotel, there's a convenience store. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

location is ok, close to bus stop so easy to go anywhere. around the hotel also many places to eat. bedroom is ok

Can say one of the good hotel in southern jakarta.although supermarket a bit of walking distance but they still have room service to enjoy.since supermarket is distance I did request Mr. Asep one of the receptionist to buy me cigarettes.nice and humble staff infact all of the hotel staffs there are polite and helpful.shower provides hot and cold water with no problem at all.for Muslim who do prayer can go to very near mosque.minus point only Azka hotel is along the street and of course noises from the vehicle can heard clearly. Azka hotel is worth the price.

For the size of the room, it's small, right, but the service from the first time I entered is already good. Air conditioning, tv, mattress overall is good
