Absolutely disgusting don't stay here unless your immune to filth. There's a bench outside the hotel that looks more appealing. The room was awful the amount there charging is way over the top and they have you by not allowing refunds probably because they know there'll go out of business with all the comebacks STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

This was one terrible weekend away, the carpets was disgusting the room had not been ready for us chips had toothpaste round them half eaten crisps in the draw at the side of me and also to tabacco. I checked the shower which was absolutely disgusting when I complained they just laughed many would say why not leave which was too late to get some where else. I even had to sleep in my jeans which made me worse. If you want to waste your money go ahead I guarantee you will not stay. They even close the so we could not have a drink. absolutely awful hotel not safe to be staying at. blood stains on floor, unclean and smells very bad aswell as dirty surfaces and old food in drawers. asked for a refund as description did not match what we were paying for they refused to help.

Booked for a two night break with friends. Checked in. Given key card for room 27. Got to room there were people already in there. Went back to reception given key card for room 18. Got to room it had not been cleaned, blood stains on pillow and a plaster in the bed. Bathroom very dirty. Bag full of rubbish in the room. Went back to reception given key for room 8. Got there people already in room. Then told to put our belongings in room 18 and it would be cleaned straight away. Returned later, room had been cleaned but not to a satisfactory standard. Fire alarm went off at about 8.30 in the morning. Staff / owners walking around corridors in pyjamas asking if people were smoking in rooms. Whole building stunk of ****. We then decided to leave. The hotel is very dated and needs a good clean. Staff do not appear to know what’s going on and are not organised. Would definitely not recommend this hotel.

Booked last minute for a night away and can hands down say worst place we've ever stayed in! room was cold and damp! Would have been better camping! ( we slept with 2 duvets and electric heater on) Bathroom was dirty! Definitely would expect more for the price!!

we were supposed to stop at there other hotel yellow Mountain Hotel our friends booked it for my husband's 70 th birthday as a break as my husband has stage 4 cancer we were told we were staying at THE QUEENS INSTED NO BREAKFAST the Chinese lady was not there if we had payed for it we would ask for our money back WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OR THERE OTHER HOTEL

Room was very dirty and very basic. You can get much, much better round the corner for an extra £20 a night. The room stank of smoke and had electric leads handing from the roof. The kettle didn't even have a plug near it so had to move it onto the floor.

Where do I start! Stayed here for 4 nights, we booked in on Monday 01/07/2024, the room was very basic, not that clean (think they overused bleach to cover any smells) dust everywhere looked like it hadn't been deep cleaned for months, on the Tuesday there was no hot water for a wash or shower, had to leave a note for the manager as he was not around, was sorted later that day, but after one shower it was still only warm, other people staying there left early because they were bitten while in their room but we were lucky, by the time we checked out on Friday 05/07/2024 we had enough and couldn't wait to get home which is a shame because we usually love our stays in Skegness.

Very good hotel only stopped for 2 night but will visit again next time we are in Skegness .The staff are very polite and helpful .When we arrived we were greeted on the door by a very nice Chinese lady who directed us to the carpark in the rear when we got to reception she was full of smiles and very polite Hotel its self is 2 mins walk to town centre and 2 mins to beach Room as large and well lite .hotel even smelt clean will be using again very soon
