Residence on Langley Park

The hotel's location is excellent, right by the Swan River, with large grassy areas outside perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The lobby, which connects to the hotel, has a supermarket and dining options, making it very convenient.

The room was a bit dated, and the bed was small. We paid extra to upgrade to a room with two large beds, which was great for sleeping with the kids. However, the air conditioning suddenly broke in the middle of the night. After they moved us to a new room, we lost the river view, and the front desk was unhelpful when I brought it up. The transportation is average, but there are a few restaurants and a supermarket downstairs, which is convenient.

I really loved this hotel. It had basic kitchenware, a microwave, and a washing machine. The room was also very clean and comfortable, and the staff were excellent.

Amazing! Everything was great except for the bathroom, which was a bit subpar. The public facilities and common areas were particularly excellent. Swan Lake is right outside. Underground parking is 30 AUD per night.

They offered me a paid upgrade at check-in, but the room I got was a lower grade and didn't even have a washing machine. Of course, I had them change my room. Also, mineral water was only provided at check-in, which felt like a rip-off for someone staying multiple nights with a kitchen in the room. The location was good, with a supermarket on-site and a bus stop right in front, which made the other issues even more disappointing.

The hotel reception is 24-hours, perfect for late check-ins. The only downside is that parking isn't free, costing 30 AUD per day. The room is comfortable and spacious enough for four large suitcases. This was a family stay, and while all the facilities were comfortable and complete, it's a shame that self-parking isn't included and costs 30 AUD per day.
