The living room in our suite was a good size, and we got a suite with a huge balcony. However, the facilities were quite old; the dishwasher wasn't working. They told us we could either check out or deal with it, as there were no other rooms available and no compensation. We had booked for a week, and they wanted us to move to a newly renovated floor for the last two days, but the smell was too strong, so we didn't switch. After 7 days, we ended up moving to a different hotel.

Clean neat and tidy but why do they charge so much for parking ??

Everything is good from location, parking except the bed mattress. It need new mattress springs. Carpet has stains. Overall is good

We arrived late so the office was closed. Received an email explaining how we can get our keys to get into the apartment. Car park was a bit of a challenge to get into if you are driving a large car (we drove a Rav4). You do get a large lot once you got inside. Accommodation was very clean. Lots of instructions to inform you how each appliance function. Aircon was weird as you must close the balcony doors before it works. Very comfortable bed in room. Rollaway bed has a missing wheel hence kept rocking when I am on the bed. Overall, very satisfied with our stay there. Thank you very much.

Great location & spacious room! The check in time is only till 4pm, if you arrive late try to contact the property directly, I leave a comment on Trip.Com to inform property on my late arrival but I didn't receive any update after that, luckily I manage to contact someone on site to help me with, he share that he try to email and call me on the instructions to check in after 4pm but didn't manage to reach me. Hope Trip.com will improve on such communication of guest with property.

Location is perfect,close toCBD and near Cat station to city,will stay again

I booked two rooms for 4 people. You can cook. The room is big enough and the view from the balcony is also good.
