A very well presented budget motel that is close to all East Perth and Perth CBD sites. Big rooms, great amenities, good showers and great beds. Clean linen. Will be my go to hotel in Perth.

Great location to Perth CBD and downtown. But room conditions is very different with online pic. It makes me down for the first day however it is worth it to stay as great locations.

Reception was helpful with checking in and identifying a Cafe around the corner for Breakfast. As Breakfast was not available at the on-site restaurant.

Very good location. Cat bus stops very nearby which are free for travel around Perth CBD. There are a few great restaurants within walking distance. The motel is very clean, comfortable bed and lovely service. The room is basic, but you have everything you need. The rooms are also nice and large

Compact room that appeared clean. 3rd party booking states free parking however this is not the case and was charged an additional $15 per night for parking. The bed was uncomfortable and the shower was in poor condition. There has been zero maintenance done in this room as swollen skirting, paint peeling and to top it off, I asked for a quiet room when I booked some time ago as am such a light sleeper. They put me beside the services/utilities room that runs the air con and exhaust fans for the restaurant below. I asked to change rooms and was told there was only a family room at an extra $400...but it was on the other side of the utilities room!! The fridge was leaking water and I turned the freezer unit up to stop that and then it froze my fridge items. A VERY expensive stay at a VERY disappointing place. Will not be returning and do not recommend.
