Forget your worries in this spacious 8-bedroom colonial and serene space. Hans' Villa is perfect for your church retreat or small group gathering. Here, you will have lots of room to work and relax. The space Enjoy the completely renovated 1940s colonial with a relaxing front porch and backyard complete with a beautiful garden and grill. Guest access Enjoy use of the entire 1st and 2nd floors, which includes a large dining room, kitchen, 7 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, laundry room, patio, and backyard with grill. Cook your meals or a quick snack in the spacious kitchen. Enjoy your food in the dining room. Sit at the patio in the back yard. Other things to note - No unregistered guests allowed on the property. There is a 12-guest maximum to rent the Villa. The additional guest fee is $50 with a 3 additional guest maximum. - The driveway can accommodate up to 6 cars. Additional parking is available on the street. - Only one vehicle per room is allowed on the premises. - No children under 12. - No Pets allowed. - No Smoking/Chew allowed including vaping or e-cigs within the home. Violators will be asked to leave. - RVS/UHAULS are Not Allowed. - As with any shared home, there is potential for some noise made by other guests. I provide white noise machines in each room for your convenience. - This is a two-story colonial. There are four steps to come up in the front of the house and one flight of stairs for second-floor guests to navigate.
