The walls are very thin and could here people upstairs and next using the bathroom. The bed was very uncomfortable. Did not get a good night sleep due to the noise and uncomfortable bed.

My stay started with being greeted by some of the friendliest staff I have ever met. I felt so welcomed from the very beginning. They offered to help with my bags, make dining reservations and even offered a shuttle service if I needed to go anywhere. My room was very clean and the bed was so comfortable. Random bonus but I LOVE when hotels offer a pump liquid hand soap at the sink in the rooms instead of bar soap, I always feel so wasteful using a full bar soap only a handful of times when I stay one night in a hotel. The public areas (lobby and hallways) were clean and beautifully decorated. The staff checked on me every time I walked through to make sure I had everything I needed. I had a meeting in one of the meeting rooms and everything was set up perfectly and we were checked on multiple times. As an almost-full-time traveler I highly recommend this hotel!

The hotel room is nice, but breakfast is not included. It is not so convenient without a car in the American countryside.

Free parking, breakfast is relatively simple, there are bread, boiling water and coffee, 6 to 9 o'clock, the front desk opposite. Very good hotel, the room was very comfortable, because I had no time to take pictures. The hotel can also eat it yourself, you can ask the front desk to borrow a pot, it is very convenient. Pros: the location is great, many options around, seemed like a safe area near a lot of corporate parks. The staff was friendly and easily reachable. The TV was phenomenal and featured a swivel making it easy to connect HDMI for things like Firesticks. Room service has a fair menu, the food was good, veggies fresh and was delivered super quickly. Cons: The room itself did not meet my expectations for the Hilton family. The building was old, carpets were old, and while the main conference areas were impressive and well cared for and they had some gorgeous patio areas, the room I had seemed neglected. The pillows were hard feather style and seemed well used. The hairdryer was so old the print was wearing off. I booked a two night stay and the teeny shampoo bottle was only enough for one. The sheets and linens were clean and fresh but the comforter underneath had a stain on it. The mattress were stiff and springy and the furniture in the room was old with the finish wearing away. In the double queen room, the bathroom was so small that the door practically touched the toilet, and there was no steam vent. This is also one of those places where the A/C unit is built into a corner of the room and extremely loud. When it blows, it’s directly at the bed and in your face. The walls were thin, doors were loud and I could hear people talking in the halls. Lastly, normally all the Hiltons offer some kind of breakfast Buffett there was nothing, I could barely get coffee, and it was terrible coffee, they didn’t even offer flavored creamer. Also, a microwave would have been helpful. And my key stopped working in the middle of the second evening causing me to roam up and down the halls in my pajamas and no shoes.

Overall the hotel is a good impression. Some staff are welcome and you can see that they are trying to help the residents. Breakfast is simple. Compared to other similar hotels in the network, the food is very lagging. No part of the range. The air conditioning system in the rooms is very noisy. The mixed impression creates carpet cover in the corridors. The pool requires cleaning. Yes, the hotel itself is time to update. And in general, at the cost that we paid for the room, probably the best option at the price.
