Premier Inn Eastbourne

I spent a couple of nights at the PI just outside of the town centre as I needed parking. I am so glad I chose this option, the whole experience was very positive. Rooms were lovely and clean and the staff were very helpful and extremely friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. If I could give it a 6 I would!

Debbie helped me and showed me to my room. She was very attentive and worked hard for everything I asked for. She really made the stay comfortable! Cant recommend enough. Excellent service.

Hotel staff very friendly but the restaurant is not on site which is not clear at booking. The pub food wasn't great for the evening meal. Breakfast I paid online and booked in for 0730 both mornings - first morning I wasn't on list second it didn't even open until 0800. And you had to order which was OK first day as chef made great eggs, second day eggs were awful - the consistency you expect at a Premier Inn was missing, and had I known it was the same as the local Travelodge with no food on site I would never had stayed and won't be coming back.

We stay in a lot of Premier Inns and this one met all expectations. Very friendly service on the front desk and the room was clean and comfortable. The heating was easy to control and everything worked fine. You are guaranteed a lovely powerful shower and comfortable bed, which was true at this one.
