The Chatsworth Hotel Reviews

Lovely hotel in a great location, very near the bandstand and town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We always had a night cap in the bar before bed which was great. We also got a room upgrade to one with a partial sea view which was very nice to have. Parking was easy. You get given vouchers which we paid about £2 each per day for, and you can park on the surrounding streets. We were lucky and got just outside the hotel by the seafront. If in summer, you may want to get there in the evening when day trippers will have gone home. There's also the ncp car park near by if necessary. Bed was very comfy and bedroom was a good size with tea and coffee facilities. We didn't have any meals there so I can't comment on that. (I did notice on the menu that the vegan cooked breakfast consisted of vegetables but no meat substitute, which I thought was a bit poor for the price.) I'd certainly stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful boutique hotel, we has great service from friendly and efficient staff. Our room was clean and very comfortable with lovely views. The bar served a good variety of drinks and cocktails. We did not eat her as we met with family.

Excellent view and convenient location!

The hotel is in a very good location, right next to the beach. The hotel room is very spacious and the front desk service is also very good. The only drawback is that the massage water circulation function of the bathtub seems to be not cleaned carefully. Every time it is turned on, black debris will be sprayed out of the nozzle, which is really not right. But overall it is a very satisfactory accommodation experience! If you want to go to the White Cliff, you can walk a few minutes to Pier to take the bus or take an Uber to the mountain in 15-20 minutes. It is very convenient! It is less than ten minutes away from the station. I highly recommend staying here!

The Tiffany blue door and green restaurant give a very fresh feeling. There is also an old-fashioned box elevator that you can only see in movies. The room overlooks the sea and is very comfortable.

The room is big, and the bathroom is also big. It is located by the sea, just a little way down the road in front of the door, and the sea is very beautiful. The hotel is said to have a history of 120 years, and the facilities are well maintained. The elevator is very distinctive, and I waited for 10 minutes to go downstairs when I checked out in the morning. It is recommended to go early if you are in a hurry.

The hotel is labeled as a five-star hotel, but the room has no air conditioning. It was really hot and stuffy at the end of July! You have to open the window to sleep because it is on the street. I was woken up by the sound of cars outside at 4 am.

The room is very special and the service is great, but the partial sea view room only has a small side window to see the sea. It is recommended to choose a full sea view room

The hotel is a very beautiful resort hotel. It is located in Eastbourne, a coastal city in southern England. The city is relatively leisurely. The hotel is also decorated in a seaside style, with blue and white tones, and a very European style. The room is quite large for the UK, but the most impressive thing is the breakfast in the restaurant, which is quite good, of course by British catering standards.

Excellent location, perfect service

It is a small four-star hotel in the UK. The facilities are quite retro (the doors can only be locked with keys, and the elevators have to be opened by themselves). I can only say that they are average (the aisle decoration should be very impressive).
