Stayed 2 nights with my elderly mum. Checkin at 4pm was okay (avoid checkin 3-4pm) Lift clean, Room clean, quiet area (requested), breakfast is fab with varied options and friendly team. Scored low on service due to poor room service food order, however, the events manager attended and resolved it immediately. Photo from balcony and even made a ‘friend’.

It was a great hotel, with a very nice view. The staff was lovely it was a weekend so they offer a late checkout till 12 which was amazing. Nice breakfast options and the balcony is lovely.
