We had a lovely three night stay at the wonderful East Beach hotel Eastbourne. You were made to feel welcome as soon as you arrived. The staff are brilliant and very helpful including Sarah who remembered our breakfast order each morning. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is clean and you can tell really cared for. Your room is cleaned everyday if you want it. The hotel decor was really nice too. We had a sea view and could see the murmuration of starling over the pier from our window. The hotel is well placed on the seafront with east access to the town centre. We visited the harbour and beachy head ate some lovely food including a delicious meal in the hotels dining room which looks out to sea. We will definitely stay again and have already recommended it to family and friends.

This was our honeymoon. We were greeted by very friendly and efficient staff in an immaculate reception and bar area. We had an issue with my medication which the lady at reception, sorry didn't catch her name, helped us to sort it out. Our room was beautiful. Massive, very comfortable bed which had been decorated with rose petals as was our honeymoon, what a lovely surprise. The decor was superb with the most amazing handmade curtains apparently made by the owner herself. The breakfast was to die for. All home cooked and served to you, and the most wonderful fried bread. Sarah was very accommodating, always saying good morning with a smile. The whole place just had a nice vibe about it and screamed glamour and class. Rocky who doubles up on reception and the bar was very efficient, friendly and accommodating. We felt like we had made a friend. All of the staff from reception to the cleaning staff were amazing and could not do enough for you. We would highly recommend this hotel and we will definitely be back in the summer. Thank you x

What a gem ! Tastefully decorated stylish and classy! Spotless and welcoming with lovely helpful staff. It was a pleasant surprise. Lots of choice at breakfast and the full English was wonderful hot and tasty. Plenty of tea and coffee too. Room 4 was a delight and overlooking the sea and a lovely time watching the starling murmuration dancing away over the pier. I had a lovely 3 days being spoilt and i will be back soon .

After staying at some rather tired Hotels in Eastbourne, this one was a pleasant surprise. It was very clean and the rooms were well decorated. I couldn't find fault with the Hotel. The staff were lovely and the Breakfast was great. I only stayed one night but will definitely return.

We stayed as a couple over the 19/20th in the executive suite . The staff were amazing and Sarah was especially helpful the food was superb and we slept great and the Christmas lights were stunning! Thanks (*.*)/ loved it the Christmas tree in bedroom was so nice and the bed was super comfy with pillows that were fluffy. Spotless place to stay in and the bath tub was great. I took bathbombs and facepacks was handy to have a fridge too!

Very lovley hotel room really nice food good entertainment not so good very poor .staff very short not a round much have to wait a long time to be served at bar often have to go and find staff which is a shame christmas decortions where great and the hotel is right on the sea frunt

Just returned from spending a couple of days at the East Beach Hotel. Really lovely hotel. Nice lounge downstairs to relax in and a conservatory where we had our breakfast as well as a lovely dining room. The hotel felt really homely and very well presented. We’d booked a king size room with sea view and were so pleased when we saw our room. The room had a nice balcony (directly opposite the beach) where we watched the world go by. During the night we could hear the waves lapping on the beach…wonderful! We would highly recommend this hotel.
